Where is everyone??! There hasn't been a post since I was here at noon yesterday!

I'm a third of the way through my workout. Will finish as soon as I post this. I may have to include "soaring" several times in my routine today!

I've finished my O! Yep....been jewelry shopping at Parisii today! Between Shelby and Tammy (her Christmas CD is about to be released), I've taken care of lots of Christmas shopping!

I'm fixing to run some errands and visit my 95 year old aunt. Maybe I'll add some extra breaths while I'm driving around!

GOOD MORNING! I havn't posted for about 3 days, but havn't missed any days "O"ing. Have done 2 levels most of the time. I don't know if it's becuase the weather is so nice or if it's because I am "breathing" on a regular basis again....but The aching in my bones is less and and I am feeling more agile again. Not like when I was 20 yrs. old
but not too bad for an old lady.
Just finished level 3 and when I finish this will do level 4.
By the way...do any of you know someone who has neuropathy and has been helped by this program? The reason I ask, is my siter is very obese, has diabetes real bad and the neuropathy keeps her awake at night. I have been thinking about buyin her the "easy does it" series and see if it will help her at all. She has a very bad heart too. HAs had two open heart surgeries. It's a miracle she's even alive. It makes me very sad...she is my baby sister and was always much more active then me.
Anyway, just thought I would ask.
I will probably check this again later today.

Ruth, I'm sorry to hear about your sister. I hope you hear from someone whose neuropathy has been helped by O.

I did L2 today. I pulled a hamstring muscle, so I really needed to do the stretches. I signed up for an online boot camp this weekend, which is fun but challenging: 14 miles walking over 2 days, 100 crunches over 2 days, 20 push-ups over 2 days. I'll still find time for O.

Well, DD is moved into her new place and is getting settled. Is really quiet around here for sure.
Just finished L3.
My friend hurt his shoulder hunting and may be out of work for 8 weeks. So I remembered him and the others hurting from this post when I did my soaring.
Weigh in day tomorrow.

Finally got to the breathing tonight. My son has been sick with a fairly high fever today so I stayed close to him. Did do O! yesterday as well. Measuring is tomorrow.
