We're half way through the week! I haven't done my O! yet, but will before I head out for the morning. Our annual Holiday Bazaar at our church is next week so that will keep me pretty busy. I also have company coming for the weekend. I promise to get my O! done as usual, though!!

Kelly it is good to see you this morning. I think I can start doing some breaths today, it is 8 days since my surgery and while I am still on morphine I am coming along well.

Helene I hope you are continuing to get better and better with your illness, I m happy to hear you are getting some O! in.

I am excited because I am eating lunch in an hour and it is a delicious veggie stew I made last night. I am meling some low fat mozzarella on it to give it some zip!

Good to see everyone today. I've been a little busy today trying to catch up with my work. I did my o's this morning early. They are getting easier.
I had a small cyst removed yesterday. It is doing well but will have to go back to see the Doctor tomorrow to have it looked at.
