Hi!
On my Palm,I've organised my 3 levels according to standing, chair , floor etc & in the mornings I have been doing all the floor positions from L 1-3 before I get dressed. There are 31 floor positions in L 1-3. That way when I have time during the day I can do other standing or sitting positions with ease when I'm at the computer or cooking. And even if I don't get time, I will have still done a full 30 postion work out.
Other than that, my eating is coming into line slowly.

Hi all!

The past 2 weeks have been CRAZY!! We closed on our first home on March 29 and have been painting and moving ever since. I haven't checked in lately, but I am still BREATHING in more ways than one! LOL Big Grin

Hope to get a full video workout in this evening (rather than just the Oxybreaths I've been doing lately). Feeling great!

Hope everyone doing well on O,I have 10 straight days want to get to a size 8 for my sons wedding in July Have been consistent I already see changes in my body the first 3 days.May you be encouraged to keep on going and stay strong.
