Good morning everyone! I just finished doing my O! for the day.

I weighed and measured this morning for the first time in two weeks...actually since July 1st. I was down a half pound and a half inch. I was pleased with those results considering DD and I ate out every meal the four days we were gone. I also have a feeling I might be nearing the point my body is going to level off. We'll see....

I hope everyone is having a good weekend so far. We have a 50% chance of rain, but the sun is out at the moment.

I'll check back in throughout the weekend.

SmileGood morning Kelly and all to follow. I do hope we're going to see more on the board this weekend.

I went to Texas last weekend to visit with my DS and his little family. My granddaughter is growing so fast. I wish they were still in Jacksonville. TX is too far away...anyway, Hurricane Dennis got in my way! We were stuck in the airport for six hours waiting for clearance to fly out. I sure hope all those who were hit by Dennis are recovery quickly. What a mess Frown

Anyway, I am on my way to do L4, and then I'll start my weedend chores. Roll Eyes

I got in L3 again but in bits & pieces this afternoon while the kids were outside playing in the water.

Bewtween last night & today, eating hasn't been great. I feel so bloated. Part of it may be the heat. I probably need to drink more water.

I just put up a new pic of Z-L in my photo suitcase. The address is here.

SmileGreetings Kelly, Jeans and Shelby and everyone who comes in later!

I read the Oxycise! newsletter today and found myself attracted to the article on Stephen Platt M.D. and his 'superfoods'. I went to amazon.ca and found the book and bought it! these foods help prevent a lot of things like certain cancers, macular degeneration, cataracts, hypertension and diabetes.

My Mom has macular degeneration and all I have known so far for prevention was to eat very dark leafy greens so this new help is very appreciated. The book reviews are helpful as well. It was $30.00 Canadian which is cheap for health care!

Kelly well done on the loss of the half pound and the half inch...yea!

Jeans I know it is tough on you to have to fly to see your family now. So far my kids are still here but my step son is in Germany so that is a hike for us! lol Actually we have never gone to see him so we have not met our 2 grandkids, someday tho. I am so glad Jeans that you arrived home safely with Dennis flying around and destroying things. That is scary.

I am going to get on with the day now, the dog needs a walk so I will take her before the day becomes any hotter.

Ciao ciao,
Nance Big Grin

Hey! Great to see more posts since I was here this morning!

On the spur of the moment I decided to call my two friends that are interested in Oxycise!. So... they are both coming for lunch and we'll do some O! together. Smile I'm hoping to get them comfortable enough with it that they want to do it on a regular basis.

So....I'll be getting in lots of extra breaths and reps today! Smile

Hello Buddies!

We had a busy couple of days here, and I didn't O yet tonight, but just wanted to jump on and let you know I'm thinking of you anyway.

Kelly, congratulations on more losses! It's so nice you have some friends that are interested enough to O with you!

Good to see those of you who have posted recently. It really helps to keep me encouraged to keep on Oing, when I know I can count on my O-buddies to be here!

It was 110 here today!!! We had a potluck at noon, and really enjoyed it anyway. However, I certainly overdid the calories. I've felt like a bloated whale ever since! It's not worth it!

Bye for now.

Good morning everyone.

I did L2 this morning. I usually take Sundays off but since I didn't get to O! yesterday I decided to get it in today. I'm still a bit sore in my lower abs -- hoping that clears up soon.

Kelly, congrats on your losses. So, have you nearly reached your goal?

Susanna, 110!?! Eek How do people even function in that kind of heat?

Happy breathing everyone,

Hi everyone,

Didn't do my L1 yet today. Will do it this evening with my Mom. We had a garage sale yesterday so I was tired this morning. The sale went pretty good.

It is really hot here today, around 98. It looks like it is going to be about 10 degrees cooler tomorrow, which will be a nice break from the heat.

Hope you all have a wonderful day. Keep on breathing and smiling.
