Good morning... I did my regularly scheduled X and O! last night. That makes the ten Bun & Thigh Rocker workouts I was going to start out with since I got the machine... I don't think I'm a size smaller, but I am a little smaller. I feel like I'm getting a pretty good workout most days, now I'm ready to kick it up a notch. I'm not exactly sure yet what else I'm going to do... I may have to start tomorrow with that since tonight is going to be busy. God bless!

Did Level 1 again this morning. Feeling GREAT!!! Did not get weights done last night, so tonight will be total-body, then O! Level 2.

I don't know what it is with me and Level 1, but I think that I see the fastest progress with that tape! My middle certainly looks flatter this morning... I've done Level 1 every day for the past 3 days. I think the "sit and twist" is what's doing it for me. I just love O! cool

About to start on water. Didn't have quite enough yesterday. I'm thirsty this morning!

Good morning all. It's been tough getting up in the morning since it's pitch black outside. I dragged my behind out of bed and got my weights and crunches in. I did the commuter routine on the way to work and actually fit an extra 15 bun squeezing oxybreaths in at the end. I was feeling so tired and out of it yesterday that I went ahead and did my level 3 routine in my office. Boy, that really perked me up. Talk about a life saver. And, no jittery after effects.

I plan to get level 3 in at lunch and another commuter for the trip home.

I hope you are all having a wonderful day and if Karen F. is reading this, please don't give up. I have been where you are when I don't see results but this too shall pass. If nothing else, get on the internet and read up on all the other benefits of oxygen. It will make you want to breathe heavy just for that. Plus, where can you go to meet all these great people?

This is national grumpy day so, I hope you all get it out today and then come back tomorrow with a bright and shiney attitude. I know I will.

It's great seeing so many folks on here again!! I'm a little down myself, so I'm glad for the encouragement on here.

Karen, don't give up!!! I'm to the point of doing my Oxycise for the feeling of well being I get. Maybe I should post my results like Cherub asked me to. It would remind me that I really did have great results with Oxycise the first 10 months or so. And....thinking about it, I haven't gained it all back so I guess it's helped keep me there. To be honest, though, I just can't imagine life without it now that I've done it for so long! Speaking of...I did L3 this morning. I got in 2 miles of walk video last night. I think I really need to try and start doing some weight training of some sort. Maybe it would help me burn some of those calories I seem to refuse to quit eating!

I know what you mean about getting up in the pitch black, Merritt!! It makes it SO hard to get up and going!!

Well...I've got the bug man coming in less than an hour and I'm not dressed. I'd better get moving! I'll check back later.

Merritt, good to see your post. I've been thinking about you.

Karen F - Please don't give up! If you give up what will happen? I can tell you, because I've been there & done that. You will continue to get larger and larger until it seems impossible to lose all that weight. The best advice I can give is to put away the scale and the tape measure.
Get out a pair of pants that you used to wear and work toward getting into them. Then when you are into them, get a smaller pair and do the same thing. I think sometimes we get so hung up on the
"numbers" that it gets us discouraged if we don't see a change. It has worked for me. The scale used to make me crazy mad but now I can manage it better because I have dropped two pant sizes.
Sorry about going on & on, it's just that it is important to do this for yourself. You CAN do it!

Good morning everyone!
This is my last day of vacation. I had hoped that by now I would have formed a habit of doing my Oxycise and walking tapes every day, but no such luck. Yesterday the dentist office called and said they had a cancellation and could take me if I went in right away. I rushed out of the house without doing any exercise. When I got back, and the anesthetic wore off, I was in so much pain I could barely breathe. I called the dentist for some pain medicine, took two, and slept the afternoon away. The pain was gone when I woke up, but I just never seem to find time to exercise in the evenings. I had to fix supper. Then, my husband had rented a movie and was using the TV, so I sat and watched it with him. But this morning my mouth is not hurting.(Thank you, Jesus!) So I will get my tapes in. I am backwards! Ya'll do your tapes, then get on and post. I get on the computer first, read your posts to help motivate me to get off my butt, and then get off the computer to do them! Am I hopeless, or what?! confused
