It's Halloween, so you all should be getting rid of that all too tempting candy by tonight!
I think I may have to break down and go see the doctor since it's been a full week that I've been feeling so cruddy. Did L1 and again, stayed on the floor after I finished because I just couldn't get up! Rose~ I just know that you are going to reach your goal. Hang in there and try not to get discouraged. (Sometimes that's easier said than done, but I know you can do it.) Tammy~ I know what you went through being late. I HATE that feeling of total stress! At least you made up for it in the evening. Way to go! What an inspiration! Kelly~ What a great job with the water! I wish I could make myself drink it, but this entire week, I've had a hard time getting more than a couple of 16oz glasses down a day. Alicia~ You go girl! I did my Wednesday exercise even though I felt really tired. I had to drag myself from one exercise to the next. I don't know if I will be able to exercise today, I have a dentist appointment then right after my husband and kids and I are going right to my Mom's. (At least I don't need to worry about eating too much for the first couple of hours, since I'll be numb!

Happy Halloween everyone!
I did L2 this morning. Did 2 miles of walk video with both daughters last night. Still getting in all my water (and more). I've got Bible study later plus several other things so I'd better get busy. Hope y'all all have a fun day (and don't eat too much candy!) Kelly |

I'm so glad Halloween is over tonight -- out with the candy! Someone brought chocolate (my biggest weakness) to work, and one of our students made cupcakes for everyone... did I have to indulge? NO! Did I? HECK YES!!! Now I feel gross!
Good thing I did Buns/Thighs 1 this morning. The VCR started to eat my Level 3 tape, so I quickly shut it off and popped in the B/T tape instead. Tonight I'll try it again... will get in a couple more O! tapes, too, to get rid of this gross feeling!! Hope everyone's having a nice day! Talk to you more later. Hi Ladies-
I know its been awhile. This last weekend we (our ladies from my church-13 of us) went to a ladies retreat in Pismo Beach (apx 2 1/2 to 3 hrs). We did not watch to much of what we ate at all. Anything from Clam Chowder, Pizza, Chinesse Food and Cinnamon Rolls. We were out of control-I found out that I was not the shop-aholic I thought I was another women beat me by a mile. I got tired trying to keep up with her. Maybe I'll just blame them, lol. (Do you think I can get away with it! Me, neither. Btw, with all this chattering going on-I did do L1 today hoping to get in more to help make up some. Working on the water but going slow. Happy Halloween!
Did L4 today. Didn't get all my water down. I started a drink that will help with my cholesterol (instead of a prescription med)and it makes me feel pretty full, so it's hard to drink as much water, but I will try to get the last 16oz's in before bed. Hi,
Hope everyone had a good day today. I did 10,000 steps overnight while I was working. When I got up this afternoon I did days 1-3 or the Jorge Cruise workout. Tonight I went to visit my son in the hospital so I did the commuter cd to and from the hospital. Then on my way to work, I did the commuter cd again. Plan to do another 10,000 steps tonight. Gail |
