Good Morning O!Beautiful Ladies,

It's a rainy, cool morning here in Dallas. It rained really hard early this morning. I was so happy to do Oxycise - no excuse not to exercise. I did go ahead and walk, even though it was wet.

My food and water were very good yesterday. I went to a VBS workshop last night. They had goodies, but I used my self-restraint and refused to eat it - though it was tempting. I drank my water during the conference and I ate the apple I had brought while I was on my way home.

Hi Melinda,

Sounds like you are doing great and really planning ahead with your healthy snack to eat after the VBS program. That is one great strategy for not overeating or eating the wrong types of foods.

I did my Oxycise yesterday and have been writing down all my food items. I'm also a member of "Spark People" which is a free web program that offers all sorts of diet articles, message groups, team's, tracking your calories and eating, etc. I'm on a team called "Tops Pals" as I'm a former Tops member. Anyway, it is great to have as much support as possible. Trying to loose weight seems to be such a challange.

Have a great day!

SmileIt's nice to see some new names on the board. Welcome to all of you.

I forgot to report yeterday I did Abs and Upper Body, then took a long walk.

Susanna how are things around your place? Better yet? Oh, I hope so.

Lin, I haven't seen a post from you in a while. How are things with you?

Tammy thanks for the nudge.

Hugs,

Jeans

Hello O-buddies!!!

It's so good to see so many of you here posting frequently these days!!! Thanks for all the kindness about the puppies. Smoky is getting back to her normal self, but she really was a mournful mama. She's always been a real caring mom, so this was hard on her.

Ellen, thanks for the hand up the other day. I really need to take it, but I have so much trouble with me!!! I KNOW I would sleep better if I did my O consistently, and my sleep really needs help!!!

Last night, my DD burned her finger on the woodstove, so we were up late trying to get that to calm down so she could sleep. Has anyone ever tried using chlorophyll perles? They are the greatest natural pain reliever and healer we have EVER found!!! She punctured one last night and covered her finger with it, and this morning she could hardly tell that she burned it. Also, DS who has broken several ribs and his collarbone, has been taking them for his pain. He says they have done miracles for him, too. Smile We got them from our Naturopath, but I found a website where you can buy the Standard Process brand, which is what we get from her.

It's windy and misty here today. I just built a fire in the stove.

I'll check in later to say that I did my O. Eek Hope to see more posts!!!

Hey y'all! I finished up my O! late today. Eating and water were good yesterday.

Thanks for the complement, Bev! I'd be happier if I could get off about 10 of those pounds I let creep back on over the winter. My clothes would fit a little better! I'm working at it, though!

Sorry to hear about your daughter's burn, Susanna. Glad it's better today! A fire??? It's already getting in the 70s and 80s around here!

Good to see all the other posts!

Hello, Everyone! Happy Wednesday!

We left early to go to the lake for our daily walk. It was sunny but still chiily and a bit on the windy side. I'm absolutely thrilled that the O! breathing and other exercises that I'm doing are really making a huge difference already. Monday, we walked out a little more than a half mile and then back to our van to complete a little more than a mile. Smile Today, we walked out for the mile and felt so great! We decided we would go ahead and push for the 3 mile loop. We made it 3.2 miles in 1 hr 14 min. That feels like a miracle to me. I love this O! knowledge, and thankful that I have encouragement and support from Tammy as well as the ladies here. Thank you so much for making me feel welcome. I read somewhere on this site that you can feel a difference in a week. It's true with my efforts. I started this on Friday and can already feel a difference in so many ways.

Oh, Kelly, how exciting that you have your success story posted here. I will try to find it and read about it, too!! Cool

I will check back a little later after I do O! Take care! Smile

UPDATE: KELLY, I checked out your photo and story. Congratulations!! You are an inspiration to me! I did the O! plus my weight and stretches routine. I had to take a nap afterwards! LOL Not used to this much strenuous exercise, yet! Eek It was a long winter! Hope you all have a great night!

I'm back to say that I did my O tonight!!! YAY!!! Now I'm all relaxed, so hopefully sleep will come easy.

Wow, Kelly! Sounds like your weather's pretty nice! We really need the rain though, so we're glad to be getting a little bit tonight.

Had just a little note from Lin today. Things have been rough for her and Lenny.

G'night now.
