Hi everyone,
Zoé is really into animal vidoes right now (she's almost 3) so while she watched "Zeus & Roxanne" I did L1 twice with weights. Dan was up late listening to football on internet radio so I did housework early today & O! later. Isn't internet something? Who would've thought you could hear NFL football live in France?!?

Have a great day everyone!
Shelby

Good morning Shelby and all to follow! I have today off (MLK Day), but am taking my car in for service at 7am. So much for sleeping late! (lol!) I got in a commuter each on Saturday and Sunday and will probably get in another today.

Shelby..congrats on the pound and inches!

Hope you all have a great day!

I'm getting ready to do double L1 with weights. I agree, Shelby, the internet is incredible. It has so much potential for bad things- yet immeasurable potential for good. Living overseas like you do- I often think about how it enriches my life. Just look at our group! It doesn't matter how far away we are, we can still encourage each other.

Good morning everyone. It's a white and blustery day in Northern Michigan. I would have to agree that I do love the internet for things like this. I am meeting people I would have never had the opportunity to meet and I love that.

I can report that I am down another 2 lbs. and 4 inches this week. I was stalled a bit for a while so, I do feel good that things are starting to move again.

I woke up on Saturday with a nasty pain in my chest. I determined it was something like a pulled muscle but, it did stop me from doing much of anything that day. I could hardly breathe. I was better by the evening and then, it started bothering me again yesterday evening and this morning. I was determined to to L3 and some strength training and by the time I had finished, the pain was nearly gone. I am feeling pretty good right now. I was able to do a commuter routine on the way to work.

Congrats to all the losers this week and also congrats to all of you who have not given up on your quest for good health. As I know so well, it's easy to become frustrated and want to give up but don't do it. The weight will come off. You must concentrate on the other benefits of this program and continue to breathe with lots of gusto. Flex those muscles a bit more than you did before. Really work yourself. It is so easy to get used to doing a routine. Pretty soon, you start to slack off. Get back to doing it as if it were the first time. Remember when you wanted to do it just right. Then, squeeze harder.

Have a great MLK day!

Good morning everyone! I did my Oxycise as soon as I rolled out of the bed this morning. My kids are still sleeping, but I've got my monthly "Circle" meeting for church this morning. I still got to sleep until almost 8:00... which certainly beats 5:30!

Congrats to all the losers out there. Keep up the good work!

Merritt...be careful and keep an eye on that pain. Get it checked out if it persists!

I certainly agree that the internet is wonderful. I don't really even comprehend all its potential.

Hopefully my daughter will do more Oxycise this week. I would think her losses from last week would inspire her. I've tried to tell her that "consistency" is the real key to Oxycise. Yeah, well.... you know teenagers. She has to decide for herself.

Okay...gotta leave in just a sec. Hope everyone has a good Monday! Happy MLK day for those celebrating the holiday!

Hello Everyone
Well I did it. I did O! for the first time in a year. I feel great.I also started drinking water(only 2 glasses today) but hey it's better than nothing. I only went to Tim Hortons once today instead of three or four times!!!I am really glad I signed up for the support group I am so excited about reaching my first goal!! Which was just doing something about losing weight once and for all. I am ready to make small steps towards a new healthier and slimmer body. Hope everyone has a great day tomorrow.

I was busy today and thought about missing my "O". I was going to take a quick walk because it was getting dark outside but decided to oxycise instead. I'm really glad I chose to "O" because I felt so much better when I finished. Was also glad because I would have felt awful if I missed a day just because I wanted to be lazy with my breathing.

Good night and sweet dreams all!

Until next time...

Susie
