I am just getting back on the horse after months of ear and dental problems...could not bear to breathe in or out deeply - just the though of the vibrations pained me deeply.

My book about helping 'fix' anxiety and depression explains how oxycise breath is THE number one way to fend off anxiety which I have been full of for weeks now. The doc who wrote this book is a psychiatrist who I found on PBS during the last weekend of specials they ran to raise money...man he is Good! The name of the book is " Change Your Brain Change Your Life...the Breakthrough Program for Conquering Anxiety, Depression, Obsessiveness, Anger, and Impulsiveness" author is Daniel G. Amen, M.D.
He also teaches in the book how to self hypnotize for total relaxation and explains the brain and how it all works with photos in easy to understand language. ADD is all explained in the book as well, he has a couple of ADD kids.

Ok, time to grab some breakfast and fold my laundry then get to my O! ing for the day. Now that the dental meds are out of my system life can get back to normal!

Hi Sweeties!!!

It must be that time of the year. I just returned back to Oing after 6 months or so. I'm trying something different this time. I pick one of the levels and do it for the week. Before I was picking and choosing everyday. We will see if this helps me stick with it. It's great to be back and I have missed everyone from this chat room.

Hello O-buddies!!

I was going to post last night, after I finished doing O, but the site was closed for maintenance. I wanted to let Kelly and Shelby know how tickled I was to find them here...and alas, they're not here today. Frown

Nancy and Jilly, I'm glad you came back!! Nancy, I'm glad you're feeling better, too. That sounds like a good book.

I've been mowing lawn Mon. and Tues. but I took today off from that and started scrubbing walls in the living room. I joined a new Yahoo group called GoodbyeChaosHelloPeace, similar to Flylady, but she's not trying to constantly sell anything. Smile I like it really well, and she's very inspiring. This is a REAL indication that my health has improved....for the first time in several years I'm actually enjoying deep cleaning our house!!! And I'm getting a lot done in a day, despite the pain in my hips. Relaxing at the end of the day by doing my O on a hot towel makes so much difference. I'm so happy for these changes!!! Smile

That said, I'm off to do my O before bed.

BTW, where's all our other O-pals???? Do I need to send out MORE emails??? Big Grin
