Good morning.
Susanna, you caught me. LOL!! All that said, I'm going to O! here in a few minutes (I have a workout scheduled for 5:30 EST -- I will do Level 3 before my walk this morning). Great to see so many posts yesterday. Lin and Shelby, so glad you came back. |

Good morning O!beautiful friends. I must admit that I haven't done my O! today (or my 30 min. of walking) - argh!! I got up a little late and my son had to bring me to work so he could use my car to get to work (his car is in the shop). My whole schedule was off - life has a habit of getting in the way of our plans.
I'll try to get some O! in as I go through my day. Lin, it was good to hear from you. I will be praying for Lenny as he goes through his #4 chemo treatment. Have a blessed day and I'll try to post later with a better O! report. Melinda |

Good morning ladies! Hope you both get your O! in today. I just finished doing mine and now I'm off for a busy day.
Eating and water were both quite acceptable yesterday. Today may not be quite as good due to limited options at a lunch meeting I have to attend. KOB & DYW! |

Good Afternoon! Did B&TH 1 this morning. I was having trouble with my hips last night & decided to try the B&TH tape. Figured my hips would either thank me or scream at me more. So far they are thanking me.

HAPPY WEDNESDAY!
LIN: You and your family will be in my prayers, too. Our weather forecaster called today "winds-day" because of the windy weather we are having here. lol I had to sleep in this morning. I've been pushing myself really hard! I didn't have time to do O! and other exercises before heading out to the lake. We walked the 3.2 mile loop in 1 hour 4 minutes without stopping. Needless to say, I'm feeling it both in a good way and in a bad way!! lol I'm very sore but it was so great to get out for the fresh air and sunshine, etc. I will check back later with an update. So glad to see so many posts here! Take care everyone and hope you have a good day! KOBAS gO! gO! gO! |

[Edit: I keep posting in the wrong day for some reason! Had to move this over from Tuesday's thread. You would think with all the oxygen I'm getting to my brain, I wouldn't be such an airhead!
Oh my goodness! So many posts, so little time. I guess that will teach me to forget to check in for 2 days straight. To those who mentioned sinus headaches, have you ever heard of the Neti Pott? You should really check it out. I've been using it pretty religiously the past few months and it has definitely been a big help. Lin, good to see you but I'm very sorry that things have been so rough. Saying a prayer for you and your husband. I'm wondering if some of the visitors that have been lurking are coming over from SparkPeople.com? I just joined there a little while ago and posted about Oxycise. It's a pretty cool place if you're looking for some neat tools to help with changing your lifestyle, and it's free! And if it really is some SparkPeople out there, come on in and join the fun. I've been on target with my exercise this week, and I've O!ed 2 times since the last time I posted: Level 2, and Abs & UB. Well, I was able to walk 30 minutes during my lunch hour today and I have finished 20 Oxycise reps in the bathroom here at work. I'll do 10 more when I get home and can get on the floor to stretch. I love Oxycise and how versitle it is - and it WORKS!!
