I received yet another timely newsletter entitled "Don't Give Up" in my email basket this a.m. I hope all my O! Pals have signed up for the newsletter

I didn't walk yesterday or do my O! Someone needs to nudge me again. By the looks of the board lately we all need a nudge.

I hope we have some positive posts here today. Come on ladies, lets move it!!!!!!

No O! for me yet today, though I did some yoga this morning. Will O! this afternoon.

It is such a lovely Saturday. Hope to get out a bit and enjoy this weather today!

I was able to get my O! in this morning along with a 30 minute walk to my mom & dad's house. It's such a blessing to have them so close. My mother will have her 80th birthday in July. She is in good health - halleluia!

It has been a beautiful day here in Dallas. I enjoyed the sunshine - lots of Vitamin D.

Thank you, my dear Oxypals!!! I did have a wonderful birthday!!! No one embarrassed me, and most of the folks who care most about me remembered to quietly wish me a happy day. I like it that way!!!

We went to our fellowship meeting this a.m., and then out to a nice little cafe for lunch, home for a quick nap, and then to a Gospel service. After that we were invited to a graduation reception for two high school grads, and we had a nice time there. The food was good, too, but I didn't even sample the cakes.

DIL in MT sent a WONDERFUL family calendar that she ordered off of her Shutterfly page. It's got family pictures on every page, and starts with June 2008!!! It has so many cute pics of my grandbabies!!! I wish you could see it!!

Lin....you just wait!! 52's coming for you, too!!! ....like in November....

I did my O last night, but I think I'll take tonight off.
