Good Morning O!Friends,

I didn't get around to doing my oxycise or my walking this morning - Roll Eyes I'm doing my O!s throughout the day here at work. Because I drink so much water, I am always going to the bathroom and that's where I'll do some of my breathing. My food & water were quite good yesterday. I did have 2 donut holes at church yesterday, though.

Susanna, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! Can someone tell me how to find the birthdays on this site?

Have a great day!

SmileHello

Melinda, I don't think there is a calendar of birthdays on here. You just have to remember to write the dates down as we mention our birthdays. I haven't mentioned mine yet. Smile

I took two days off of O! and walking and managed to lose two pounds. Go figure Confused

Susanna I bought the Change One diet book. It was on sale for $5.98 so I decided to go for it. I read it at the library a few years ago when you mentioned it but I forgot a lot of it. Now I have it at my finger tips. Diets don't like me but I think I could use it for a guideline. It has good recipes in the back of it as well as some great exercise moves that look like they could be oxycise moves. Anyway, I thought it was a good purchase.

I sure miss a lot of our O! pals. I know it's hard to work and exercise and still stay in touch but I wish you all would drop by and let us know you're still hanging in there with us.

Lin, how is Lenny doing?
Bev, how's the weight loss going?
Susie if you're looking in please let us know how you are doing.
Jennifer how are you doing?
Shelli, are you still with us?
Phyl how are you doing?
Kelly, where are you?

SmileHello, everyone! Hope you are all having a Happy Monday.

Since the last time I posted here, I injured my ankle and have had to deal with health problems, etc. But I am happy to report that I have done O! and my wts/exercise routine daily. In the 6 weeks that I have been doing this, I have only missed one day of walking and that was last saturday but it was due to a serious health issue. I did O! and my wts/exercise routine today as well as our 3.2 mi walk. I have had to cut back a little on the numbers, slow down and not push so hard. I feel like I have been successful though by staying on track daily to the best of my ability.

Happy belated birthday to you, Susanna. Smile

It is really great to see you posting here Tammy! Everyone take care and lots of blessings to you and yours! Smile

Hi! I did my O this morning. Thanks for asking about me, Jeans. I'm doing much better than I was. Have been going through "the change", and I felt like I was fast deteriorating and getting older. I would think all the time about the things I needed to be doing (like O!ing), but just couldn't find the energy to do them. I've been reading about bioidentical (natural) hormones for a few years, and I found a dr. experienced in prescribing them for the last 10 years. I'm on my second week now, and I'm so glad I did it. My energy is better than it has been for many years, I'm sleeping well, arthritis (I thought it must be arthritis) is gone, knee pain gone, and I feel like exercising. Some unmentionable symptoms are gone. The fog is lifting too! My short term memory is coming back and I feel good again. Have any of you ever used these? It is supposed to bring your body back to its natural balance.
Anyway, I think I'm back to O'ing for good.

Have a happy day! Jennifer

Hello O-buddies!!!

It's been beautiful here today. We planted 20 pounds of potatoes this afternoon!!! It's really late for them, even here, but it's been so cool that things haven't been growing very fast, so we're hoping it will work out well.

I didn't O yet, but I plan to do mostly floor positions with a hot towel under my hips. That seems to really relieve the pain I'm experiencing.

Thank you, Melinda and Lois, for the birthday wishes today.

Jeans, I'm glad you like the Change One book. I like it too. I should get mine out and get inspired to get my eating on track again!!! I actually gained 2 pounds this last week, so I'm feeling awfully unhappy with myself. Frown

Jennifer, I'm glad to see you here today. Smile

Maybe we should start a birthday thread. I thought of it a few times, but just never did it.

Thanks for being here ladies!!!

Smile Susanna
