Good morning y'all! I finished my O! fairly early today. Funny..... I can remember when my life circumstances were different (several years ago) and I would have my O! done many mornings by 7 am! Times change!

Water was great yesterday, eating good.

It's in the 30s here today and it's a "winter mix" falling. I don't mind as long as it doesn't ice up the roads or trees.

Hope y'all have a great weekend!

KOB & DYW!

Hi everyone,

It's level 2 for me today. I am going to buy some new stickers for my calendar. I know it has always helped me in the past to be faithful to O. Otherwise, sometimes I forget all about it until it's time for bed Eek

So far this month, I've been O'ing pretty faithfully. Whoops daughter is calling for me, so will see you later.

Have a blessed day.

Well I just got caught up reading posts. Have been so busy this week I had not even had time to read or post. No O for me this week other than the weekend but I really have to get with that b/c I have been having a lot of back pain too, but I think a lot of that is coming from trying to keep up with cleaning two houses etc.

Anyway, just wanted to give you all the good news update on Lenny. (And for those of you who are knew, Lenny is my boyfriend and we just found out in Jan. he has lymphoma). Anyway, the cardiologist called and reviewed the 2-D Echo and it was determined that he can have the other potent drug which is adriamycin as part of his chemo, which will help to give him a much better response. Also, when we saw the doctor Wed. his bone marrow report was NEGATIVE FOR LYMPHOMA, so it is not in the bones at all, which is great! Also, on exam none of his cervical, axillary, or iliac adenopathy (lymph nodes) could be felt, so that means the medicine only after one chemo treatment is already working. I feel much better now that with the Adriamycin and not in the bones, he will have a really good response to treatment. Thank God for small favors.

I also want to personally thank Melinda for praying with me on IM - all your thoughts and prayers are very much appreciated.

I also continue to pray for everyone elses good health and all your concerns as well.

Snow storm coming so I should be able to get Oxy in tomorrow and Sunday for sure at least. I promise I will try to do every day this week. I will try my best.

Susanna, I hope you continue to see results and healing from your yeast. I truly wish you could get as good results as I did. I am also going to start another cleanse next week so I can finish anyother one before the Easter Holiday. I am having such awesome results on them.

Remember, ladies life starts at 50. I was really dreading 50 but I will tell you what I am in better shape now over 50 and looking better now than I have in a long time when I was younger. So keep working at it ladies, it will all pay off!!!!
