Hey everyone! Got in my O! this morning. My hip is bothering me today, so I really concentrated on some of the positions that make it feel better. Did any of y'all see that entry I posted about Prevention Magazine touting exercises for sciatica that were an awful lot like some of the O! positions? Sure helps me!
The next few days will be busy for me. Hope things are going well for Jennifer today! (isn't this the day she was flying to Nicaragua for her daughter's civil ceremony?) Hope everyone has a good Thursday! |

Hello O-buddies!
Good to see you here. I did my O last night, and pushed the lawn mower around too. Today, my youngest ds is sick, so I'm sticking close by...or is he sticking....? Kelly, I'm glad the positions help your hip, too. I'm not familiar with the positions you mentioned, since level 1 is all I use, but I've found some other positions that really help. I hope things are going well for Jennifer, too. Bye for now. |
