Hi, Pals!
I can't believe I am the first to post! Where is everyone? I did my double L1 this morning with weights. I measured, and with measuring a lot of places ( I do that now), I am down 1 1/2 inches. First off, I want to say I am sorry for going M.I.A again. I know one of these times I'll get it right! Started back on my low carbing again too. For all my bad behavior I've gained back 6 lbs. but I am sure that if i do good that will come off soon. Talk to you all later. HAVE A BLESSED DAY!! I'm here...I just haven't posted yet. I've been busy with all the kids home. I did L1 w/weights & I'm loving it. I haven't had the courage to weigh yet this week!

Hey, Cindy, I think that the important thing is to come back! And here you are. Just keep going! 6 lbs is a set back, but not a huge one.
Shelby, when I don't feel like weighing, especially when I know what it will say, I don't bother. I just pretend everything is "fine" (and it is!) then I weigh when I feel like things are going in the right direction again. Try not to be discouraged! Also, NO GUILT! Guilt should be reserved for unkindness, or lying or stealing, etc. You are all the best! Keep O!ing! Jennifer |

Hi Jen,Shelby and Cindy,
This is my 4th day(starting over) and so far I've been good on doing my oxycising every day. I am also doing well on my eating which is the hard part. Tomorrow my husband and I are going to drive up north to Modesto to see family. We just want to get out of the area for a bit. Will bring my commuter tape with me with my head phones to make sure I get "o" in. The hotel has a gym so I plan to use that also. I'll check back in later today and see how everyone else is doing. Jennifer, congratulations on your loss! WOW! You're doing great, too. You're right about the guilt, too. No need to burden ourselves with guilt over something we can't undo. Just do better. Cindy, glad to see you here again. Shelby, isn't it incredible how much the weights add to a workout? I feel so good when I use them. Susie, doesn't it help to just plan to be steady with O? I think you're doing a great job. We're sure missing some other O-buddies....hope they come back soon! I didn't O last night. We went visiting and didn't get home very early, but I plan to do them with gusto tonight! |

Yesterday I did L1, and Bodyflex. And today I just finished doing the same 2 video's. Susanna - That is so great how close you are to your goal! I know what you mean about using your hand for "lift off" I got into that habit while being pregnant, and still find myself doing it at times. Bobynn - Im new to the Oxycise world too, this will be my fourth week. I find similar reactions to telling friends & family about the program. I get alot of "Oohh, interesting...we will just see if it works for you". Jennifer - Woohoo, for your losses! Susie - Wow, Modesto...I haven't heard of that town in a while. Hi everyone! This will have to be quick....it's been a wild day. I got in all my breaths today, but by the hardest. Both of my teenagers had all of their wisdom teeth cut out this morning! So...I've been tending to them most of the day. (they knock you out to take all four at once) Also, my BIL and SIL are in town from Michigan, so I've been visiting with them, too.
I got on quickly this morning, but am just now getting back to check out the posts and read my e-mail. I haven't even looked at the Newsletter yet....guess I'd better check it out! Gotta hurry, though...my SIL ran to town and is bringing the kids back milkshakes. I need to be done before they get back. Great to see everyone posting! (good to see you back Cindy!) Kelly |

Hope you are all having a good holiday break. Well I haven't done O! for a while. Have only put on about 500gms so still not doing too badly. I am now 16 weeks pregnant, and that's all the weight I have put on. Well intend on getting back on track with O! and walking, today (Tuesday), so wish me luck. Sounds like you are all doing so well. I just got off the phone with my sister. She said the weather in Modesto was really stormy with 50 mile winds. It's suppose to rain all week up there so my husband and I cancelled our trip.
Oh well, just wasn't ment to be at this time. I'll get to do lots of "o" at home and eat well right? Ok, see you tomorrow, Until next time... Susie |

Thanks for answering my question on FAT KNEES. I know you're right; our bobdies do have a way of storing fat in different places for different people. I know the book says to oxycise every day, but I was wondering if you, Jennifer, or anyone has had appreciable results with doing it more than once a day. Thanks for your support. You can tell I'm new to Oxycise. |
