Good morning everyone.

I hope you had a good weekend.

Shelby, I'm sorry that your son was sick. I hope he is feeling better today. Take extra care of yourself, too! Thank you, I can read your blog now. P.S. I did pass 8th grade science Smile both way back when and now (6 out of 8) Smile

Alicia I'm glad the medicine is helping you and congratulations on loosing weight!! Way to go!!!

Alene - keep those trees up. Maybe you can exhale that direction Big Grin Actually I have a tree or two that I'm not sure about either. But if it came down, I don't think it would hurt the house. Let's just say I'm not going out in the backyard if there should be a big wind storm. Eek

Goops welcome to the site. Hope you post often.

Off to do L2. Have a great day.

Sharon

Hi Shelby, Sharon and all to follow!

Sorry your son is not feeling well Shelby.

Susie- I crochet a lot. I love to make ponchos and they are sooo easy. I think crocheting is so much easier than knitting. I just can't control those big needles, but my sister loves knitting. She does both very well. She makes tons of those fancy eyelash scarves which are all the craze!

Kelly - where are you???

Goops - a great BIG WELCOME TO YOU!

Hey Susannah - I will have to check out that salad recipe on your Blog.

Talk about wind this weekend. It was very windy here, glad I chopped my four huge Hemlocks down this summer in the back of the house! When I was in the shower, it pulled my rsin tape up out of its stand (b/c I never got it put away from summer, you know how that goes) and lifted it up and hurled it across the yard to the front of the house and it got stuck feet first in my fence. I was astounded when I opened the door and saw it. It was hilarious, then after that the wind died down.

Okay, this week it is time to get serious about this O stuff and get them stars on my calendar. The guy I am seeing says it is working out 3 days a week now and really getting in shape, so I guess I better hit the pavement running here!

Have a great day ladies.

Hello - and Good Morning:

I weighed in this morning, down 2 lbs. I measured and was down a inch in my hips. I can tell the difference in my clothes. It's slow coming off. Better slow than not at all.

Shelby, Hope your son is better and everyone else stays well.

Goops - Welcome from me also.

Lin I chochet a little. Mostly baby afgans for gifts. I have an easy pattern. I have taught myself the little I do know.

Kelly Miss you!

I have tons to do today and have to get to it.

Good Afternoon Ladies~

Went to the dentist this morning at 8Red Faceo, got out at 10:45. Let's just say I haven't been blessed with the strongest teeth. Roll Eyes
Good thing my dentist is so very friendly and does a good job on top of it!

Yesterday a friend came up to me and asked me if I had lost weight. I said no because at the time I didn't. Well, when I got home from the dentist I remembered what she said and thought I would weigh and measure. (plus today is the day for that anyway)To my surprise I had lost 4 lbs, ribcage down 1/2",waist down 1",lower tummy down 1". How did that happen? I even ate awful this week! Oh well, I'm sure not complaining!

Shelby~thanks for the pattern. Now I need to learn to crochet!

Lin~You crochet alot? That's great! Sounds like you indeed got some mighty wind blowing.

Maree~Congrats on your lb. and inch loss. That's wonderful. Keep it up! Did I read you crochet also? Yeah! I want to knit and crochet baby afgans for the young gals in my church who will be having babies one day.

Going to go do level 4 in a bit. Have a good one you guys!

Until next time...
Susie

Hi everyone!

Shelby, hope your son is feeling better.

Lin, it was very windy here too this weekend. We have had all of the trees that can reach the house removed. Our insurance company told us we had to because of the hurricanes we get. I miss the big trees, but at least that is one less worry when a hurricane is blowing!

Congrats to Maree and Susie for your weight and inch loss! Keep it up! Big Grin

I did L3 over the weekend and today. It's my favorite. Smile

Well, DH is calling me for dinner, so better go...............KOB!!!!

It's raining here right now!!!! Alene...thanks for blowing some of your rain down this direction!! Wink It should put a damper (pun intended Roll Eyes ) on the fire danger in our area.

See y'all tomorrow.....

Dear friends,

Happy New Year! Big Grin I can't believe we're already over 2 weeks into 2006!!

Cool I did Oxycise Level 1 and Level 3 today. Cool

I can't remember the last time I posted here. Has it really been that long? Oh well. Eek I have returned to daily O! once again. I've been working out pretty consistently with other workouts (walking, weight training, yoga), but nothing satisfies me quite like Oxycise does! Unexplainable phenomenon. I have been praying a LOT lately. I am growing closer to God and feeling very balanced. I guess I have been ready to surrender the reigns or let go of the steering wheel, so to speak, for quite some time. But letting go is a very hard thing for me somehow. In seeking God and His plans for all areas of my life, I find myself drawn to Oxycise again -- it is calming and exhilarating (and so much more)!!

I really do look forward to posting here regularly yet again!! I know the benefits and the wonderful results that come along with consistent O!ing. I can't wait to share success with you all!

My sister is getting married in 14 1/2 weeks. I am the matron of honor. I do not have my dress yet -- just another great reason to O! consistently! Wink

Have a great night. I will check in again tomorrow!

Hi Buddies!

Just a quick note tonight. I didn't O yet, but I think I'll try. I've been really busy with the kids being here over the weekend. Yesterday, we had an all day church service, and then went to some of our friends house for supper. We had such a wonderful day!!! It was snowing and blowing when we got home.

Today we did lots of last minute cleaning since two of our female missionaries are here for the night. We're really enjoying their visit!

Mary, congratulations on losing!

Tammy, I'm glad to see you back again!

Kelly, I'm glad you're finally getting damper. Smile

Ellen, congrats on your 1/2 pound!

Susie, congrats on your losses, too!

Jennifer, good to see you here!

I need to really get with it, and show some losses, too. My clothes aren't as comfy as I like them to be.

SmileSusanna
