Good morning y'all! I just finished my O! and the stretches felt good.

Things seemed slower on here yesterday. Hope everyone is just busy and not sick or anything. Keep us posted on your DH, Maree.

Hope all of you have a good weekend!

Hi everyone!!!

Maree - Please keep us informed about your husband. I am wishing him well and praying for him.

Shelby, glad you are feeling better.

Susanna, glad to hear your hip is feeling better too!

2B - hope your trip to MN is a good one.

Sharon, Maybe you could visit Victoria's Secret to get something to go with those inches you are losing for your DH's christmas present!!! (giggle) Eek Wink

I have been so busy the last couple of days, I did not have time to post, but I did my O each day. I am having touble getting all my water in because I have been on the go and it's hard to drink all of that water when you are out and about. I tried a couple of times to drink it in the evenings, but that only resulted in pretty sleepless nights. Wink

Well yesterday was weigh day. I only lost .8 of a pound. I was disappointed, because I have been really cranking up the exercise. But, I sat down and looked at my food choices for the week, and realized that I had not eaten my required amount of veggies for each day. So, between that and not drinking my required amount of water could explain it. I noticed that my clothes are getting a little looser, so I decided to break down and measure (I was going to wait until I had lost 10 pounds). Here are my results:

Neck - 1/2 inch lost
Bust - stayed the same Big Grin
Waist - 2 inches lost
Lower abdomen - 2 1/4 inches lost
Hips - 2 3/4 inches lost
Arms - stayed the same
Right thigh - 1/2 inch lost
Left thigh - 1/2 inche lost

Overall inches lost - 12 1/2 YEAH!!!! That makes me feel better! Big Grin

It seems like weight loss comes so slow for some of us, and it can be discouraging, but I truly believe that if we continue to fight the fight, eventually, our bodies will get with the program. Of course, I would love to be at my goal weight right now, but that is not possible. I am the one that got myself this way and I am the only one that can change it, one pound and inch at a time.

Well, I have another appointment, so I have to run. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

KOB!!

Alicia - WOW!! GOOD FOR YOU!! Remember muscle weighs more than fat so that could be another reason why the scale didn't move much but ... who cares what the scale says when you're down 12.5" - yipee!!!

Hope all are doing well and getting all the preparations done for Christmas.
To update you - My husband come home from the hospital today. He is doing good and will take a little time to get his strength back. Boy!! that was a scare for me. I'm so releaved and thankful to have him home again.

Now I've got to get myself together and gather my thoughts for what I need to do.

I have put aside the exercise for a while and I am going to give myself time and start over again soon.

You all have a Blessed Christmas and a Happy New Year.

Hello O-buddies!

Alicia!!! What AWESOME results!!! You go girl!!! Big Grin

2B, be careful, and have a nice time. I'll miss you!

Maree, thanks for the update. I'm glad your dh is so much better, and hope things continue to improve.

Sharon, that's cute about your dh. Wink Keep up the good work! 12 is a BIG number when you're talking inches!!!

Shelby, cool shoes! Keep your chin above the water, lady. It sounds like you've got lots to deal with.

Kelly, you must be really busy, too. Thanks for being here, anyway. Smile

Jeans, good job only eating one cookie yesterday. How did the party go? Did you be good? Roll Eyes

Susie, you get back on the wagon, dear. You aren't allowed to leave!

Sheila, I'm glad you and your mom are still breathing together!

It's warmer here today, in the 30s! It feels like a heat wave after the other stuff!!! I've done my O every day this week, except Sun.

Have a great weekend!!!

Took a real quick peek and Susanna what a sweetie you are! Thank You! I must say I do feel like I have "given up" this last few weeks on exercising. I've been eating everything in sight and packing on the pounds. My stomach is ready to explode. Why don't I stop? Emotional eating is my thing I guess. I'm quite good at it. (nothing to be proud of)
Had planned on "Oing" this morning but then I realized I forgot one of my daughters presents. Have been running all around town today looking for an inexpensive armior(sp?) Thought I was finished. I plan to do some breaths tonight and start ahead tomorrow. Fingers crossed!
Do you guys get as side tracked as I do once your day gets going? I guess that's where it's important to "O" first thing in the morning right?
Anyway Susanna, thanks again!

Until next time...
Susie

Good evening ladies,

Did L2 this morning, didn't O this evening. We were swamped at work today, so I was too tired to do anything.

O2B, hope you have a great trip to Mn. Be safe.

Alicia, great job. Keep it up.

Maree, glad your husband is home and now maybe you can relax somewhat and do whatever you need to do.

Hope everyone is doing well. Have a wonderful evening and great weekend.

KOB and smiling.

Sheil Big Grin
