Good morning! I did L4 so far, and will do a commuter.

The civil wedding is this Thurs, in Nicaragua. I'll fly there just for the day, and come back that night. The next day is the religious ceremony. We call it "sealing", and it will be here in our temple in Guatemala. That night is a reception at our house. The next day they fly back to Nicaragua. Then we concentrate on the move.

My personality it somewhat relaxed, so we are trying not to stress out, and I'm letting my daughter lead the way and have things the way she wants. Here hired help is affordable, and I do have a full time maid. Even when we spend the whole day out running around, I come home to a clean house. We also have a gardener. As for the move, a moving company will come in next week on thurs, and they will pack everything up. So now you see why I'm not that stressed out, although I do have my moments. Like waking up at 3 a.m. and worrying a bit.

I also believe that Oxycise is helping me with energy and everything. Do it!

Jennifer

Good morning,

I will post again later, but while I think of it for Kelly and Ellen who are counting calories, you may find this website helpful!!!

http://www.caloriesperhour.com/index_food.html

My pulled neck muscle is just starting to get better and my shoulder as well, so I should be able to start doing my O again this week, since I screwed it up last week.

Talk to you all later.

Lin

Good morning Jennifer, and all to follow! I just finished my O! for the day. I did it in a different room today so I could watch DS while he swims. So...I varied my routine a little to accomodate my surroundings (no floor positions since the sunroom has a hard floor!). I brought my laptop out here so I could still keep an eye on him while I post and check my e-mail. He thinks I'm silly, but I told him it isn't safe to swim alone (or without someone watching from the house) at any age.

Jennifer, it sounds like you have everything under control. Is everything already lined out for where you'll be moving? I hope you won't be away from us for too long! We'll be anxious to hear from you once you're all settled in. Smile

Shelby, I read your friend's latest book this weekend. I loved it just as much as her first two!! I sure hope she continues the series. I feel like I really "know" all the characters.

It's a beautiful day here. The sun is shining and it's supposed to get up in the low 90s. Hope all of you had a good weekend. It was good to see Ellen, Susanna, EmBe, Nancy and Melinka posting over the weekend. Hope to see all of you (and more) here during the week!

Lin...that is a really good site!! I've added it to my favorites for future reference. For fun I clicked on Girl Scout Cookies and it brought up all the varieties for both bakers used nationwide. I thought that was really interesting since I was only familiar with the varieties done by Little Brownie Bakers.

Thanks for sharing that with us!

Hello Buddies!

Good to see a few of you here. I wonder where the others are....????

Lin, I'm glad you're seeing some improvement. Thanks for posting that site. It looks like some good info there!

Jennifer, thanks for answering my question and sharing with us.

Thanks for keeping in touch, Melinka. I know it's really easy for me to just put off doing my O, too. I feel so much better when I do it though!

Nancy, congratulations on your smaller size! I'm so happy that your plan is working well for you!

EmBe, I think it's great that your dh has noticed some changes. Big Grin

Kelly, isn't it funny how people get worried about how much you're planning to lose? I had the same question asked. It was alarming to my children, when I started talking about losing about 70 pounds, because no one knew I was that much overweight! Oh, well,....I certainly didn't get too skinny!

I did my O last night, and plan to get it done now, when I'm done posting. (Ellen...I saw you peeking! Are you doing your O? Wink)
