Good morning! I've done my O! for the day. I was good yesterday with my water and my eating. Those scoops are still in the pantry!! They'll probably be part of my weekend splurge if they don't disappear before then.

Hi Kelly,
I just took some time to look at your blog. I had not really seen much of it since you did it. I really loved your HOLIDAY EATING TIPS! LOL. Hysterical. I also loved your slide show of all the pics with the pond etc. The pond pics are great. Beautiful scenery. Well I better get to my O and my work. I was not a good girl yesterday, I fell off the wagon, so I really need to get back up in the seat and start riding the straight and narrow path! Thanks for being here for us! Lin |

I did L3 today & will try to alternate between L 1 & 3 so I don't get so sore like I did last time.
I like Kelly's blog too. I do notice the Yahoo 360 is tempermental at times & doesn't load my site. Dan replaced his HD all by himself. I'm so proud of him. Now just to iron out a couple details & he'll be up & running. Yea Shelby I was peeking in at the Christmas pics on your blog today too after I looked at Kelly's. Love those pics of the kids at christmas time. The one baking cookies looks like she was having loads of finger fun!!!!!

My DD sent this to me. I thought it was cute. Hope you all don't mind me posting it here.
Exercise plan As part of our EAPD goals this next year, I came across this exercise to build muscle strength in the arms and shoulders. It seems so easy that I am directing you to include it as part of your EAPD goals for next year. Begin by standing on a comfortable surface, where you have plenty of room at each side. With a 5-lb. potato sack in each hand, extend your arms straight out from your sides and hold them there as long as you can. Try to reach a full minute, and then relax. Each day, you'll find that you can hold this position for just a bit longer. After a couple of weeks, move up to 10-lb. potato sacks, then 50-lb. potato sacks, and eventually try to get to where you can lift a 100-lb. potato sack in each hand and hold your arms straight for more than a full minute. After you feel confident at that level, put a potato in each of the sacks; but be careful! LOL |

Me again!
Well, I'm not going to "O" after all today/night. I've been so tired today. I took a nap this afternoon, and right now I feel like I'm going to fall on my face. Could be the HEAT! Don't know if you have been keeping up with the weather but here in So.Ca it's been in the high 70's (to middle 80's where I live). I just want to sleep. Maybe 7:30p will be a good bed time! Kelly, glad to hear you've done the series. I'm so looking forward to it. Glad you've enjoyed all her series. Ellen, what a crack up you are! I liked the exercise routine with the sack of potatoes. So funny! I'll have to remember that one! Ok, I know tomorrow will be better with energy because I won't eat the junk I've eaten today. When I get lazy I tend to just grab the carbs and junk food. Just popping in to say "hi"! I appreciated the funny for the day! I didn't O yet tonight, but I still plan to. Those stars look sooooo good! Susie, sorry you're having such warm weather. We've had a very unusual amount of rain this winter, so things are icy here. The paved roads are clear, but the gravel roads are very treacherous. KOB everyone! |
