btw...eating was pretty good yesterday and water was fine.

Well, I haven't O!'d for several days but I promise I will today. Eating was not at all good either!

I've promised myself to be extra diligent from now to Thanksgiving (we're going to MN for that weekend). Upon return, I'm challenging myself to O!ing twice a day or once a day with positions and an extra 120 breaths! So, time will tell.

Hi all. Sorry I've been MIA. I've had a sick dog. He's feeling a bit better now. He's an older rescue with multiple health problems.

I did L1 today.

Good evening!
Just finished L1 tonight. Did L3 last night.
Water hasn't been that great today. Now I feel a cold coming on.
Hope I don't get a bad one, it is so hard to O! with a stuffy nose.
Sorry to hear about your puppy Shari, hope he gets better quick.
