Hi, O! pals! I have done at least a commuter most days, and often more than that, I just don't post often.

I just listened to Tammy's Christmas music, and I love it! Her voice is so sweet and clear, and you truly can hear love in her voice. I want to order it! (I get blubbery with traditional Christmas music, my kids tell me to stop listening if it's going to make me cry ).

Let's all give ourselves the wonderful gift of better health and energy--oxycise requires so little time, and the benefits are many! Keep on breathin!

Hi Jennifer and Shari! I did my O! this morning. Eating was tolerable yesterday and water was good.

Yes, Tammy's music is beautiful. She has a lovely voice! I pre-ordered a copy several years ago, having total confidence that Tammy would complete it. I've since ordered several more copies to give to friends and family. I'm quite impressed with her talent!

I jumped completely on the wagon today! YAY!!! I did my O with the chi machine. Gonna kill those yeast cells with oxygen!!!

Happy Weekend!

I wanted to peek in this morning to thank all of you for your kindness and prayer support during the rather difficult times I've gone through lately. You are truly a wonderful group of friends and I'm so glad to "know" each of you.

It has been such a tough week without our beagle buddy. Our house is so quiet without him. Even though we have another dog, it certainly isn't the same. We miss him so much. I keep on having flashbacks to the final car ride; he loved going in the car so much, and even though his little legs were failing, he still managed to stand up on his armrest and sniff out the window... so happy. I cry everytime I think of that, so I'm trying to keep the happy times on my mind. Thanks for listening.

Thanks also for the wonderful support and feedback on my music! I can't believe the CD release is just around the corner. I submitted the duplication order last week and should have CDs in hand no later than this Wednesday. That said, I do hope you'll be available tomorrow evening, Monday, December 3, at 8PM EST, for my virtual cd release party!!! Join the fun at my website. Hope to chat with you soon.

Tammy, reading your post made me tear up! I'm sure your other pup misses Arthur, too! I'm like Shari....want to go grab all my girlies for hugs! Do any of you ever visit the Daily Puppy website? It always brings a smile to my face! I love checking out both the daily puppy and the daily grown-up puppy each morning.

Okay. Sunday is my usual day off from O!. Food was okay yesterday and water was good. Everything's okay so far today.

Okay I am climbing back up on the wagon tomorrow. Come on Tammy take my hand again and anyone else who wants in on the wagon chain reaction! Getting up at 5 to O and then again at 8 or 9 p.m! Let's go girls, Santa is only around the corner and his clothes are one size smaller so we have to slip into them! LOL!.

I was bad this weekend. Made lasagna. Getting back on track now that my beau has taken off for now until Christmas week. Need to get this diet back under control.

Did O! everyday this weekend. I made Lasagna, too, Lin. My son has been begging me for several months now so I thought I would make it for him.

Hoping for a consistent week, although with Hanukkah starting on Tuesday it could be difficult for me.
