Hi, I am a newbie who just started on Monday. I am hanging in there so far. Boy these floor exercises are not real easy though are they? I guess I just have weak arms, but I am determined to make it work. Anyway what is 15 minutes a day. We would spend that 15 minutes eating an ice cream sundae so we may as well constructively use that 15 minutes instead! I also did 9.5 laps on the treadmill last night for 50 minutes too. Good Morning everyone. The sun is shing here - yeah!!! I'm on week three of my oxycise. You know what I found? I actually do have stomach musceles!! I can't spell today - but I can breathe. They kept talking about feeling them tightening - and I wasn't sure - but they are! I'm going to keep on going! Hope you are too. Lauren

Lin, don't worry, on this board it is more important to breath than spell correctly It seems all the new/newer people are doing well. It is fun to hear. Last night - completed L1 WG. Aiming for the same tonight. |
