Good morning Shari, Sheila, and all to follow! I did my O! this morning. The stretches felt really good! Water was good yesterday. (no comment on eating)

Not sure if DD will come home today or tomorrow. Depends on how she feels once she gets back to TX today. Sharon, they spent 2 nights in Forks, one in Port Angeles and one in Seattle. They had a great time, just couldn't fit everything in! I'm looking forward to having her here a couple of days, even though she'll be spending a lot of that time working on a paper for school. I'm sure my eating won't be good while she's here, either.

Speaking of....I'm making Susanna's brown oatmeal bread today. I love that! (both with cinnamon & raisins AND just plain!)

Hope to see lots more posts later!

Hello everyone. Long time no see (me). I have been overwhelmed looking for work and dealing with car issues. I did my commuter breathing yesterday! Hurray, I have something good I can come and tell you! I hope all you/yours are doing well. Warmly, Wendy

Hello All!

Just checking in. Still not been doing my "O", but would like to get back to it soon. We where gone on vacation last week. Had a GREAT time! You can see pics on our web-site. Had to go back to work last night.Razz Started Spring cleaning yesterday. Doing some major decluttering as I clean, so it is going to take awhile. Have both bathrooms & our closet done. Going to work on our bedroom tomorrow.

Took me a couple of days to get caught up on all the posts. Don't have time now to answer to them. Need to go get ready for work.

Hi Wendy....good to see you again!

Ellen, I was also glad to see your post! I enjoyed looking at your photos. I especially like seeing the cakes you decorate (the birthday cakes for your grandkids in particular!). You are very talented!!!

Yahoo 360 has been acting up a lot lately (they are changing things around and will eventually discontinue the blogs they way they are now). So...if any of you click on my link and get an old entry, just try refreshing and see if the current entry comes up. I try to post at least once a week, if not twice.

okay...DD just called. She's in Denver!! They've closed DFW due to the weather and they had to fly around an hour to burn fuel to be able to land! Poor thing! I bet she'll decide to stay there and drive home tomorrow. I wouldn't want to face five hours of driving at night in the pouring rain!!

Good afternoon, ladies - I did my O! this morning before I left the bathroom (except for 3 reps when I got to my job). I love the versatility of Oxycise!!

I've been on a fruit/vegetable diet and today I added some grilled chicken to my salad. I've been drinking a lot of water, too. I'm modifying the 3 day fruit/veggie cleanse that Jill talked about in her book.

I noticed today that my super dry skin problems have all but diminished. I haven't had any gluton products since Saturday. I'm doing a test on myself to see if by adding bread w/ gluten back in my diet my skin will become dry again. My dad has extremely dry skin and my brother has Celiac disease (gluton intolerance). Gluton (which is included in all wheat products) could be the culprit of my dry skin. I have always loved bread (would rather eat bread than dessert). So, if gluton is the problem, it might be hard giving gluton products up.

My brother's wife has a wonderful rice flour bread that she made for my brother while they were living in St. Petersburg, Russia, as missionaries. I'm hoping that when she comes to my house on Saturday for dinner, we can make the bread together. I'll let you know how it tastes and how it comes out.

Hello O-buddies!

I did my O today with the chi machine, while I listened to some old country tunes. Smile

Melinda, I'm sure you can buy gluten-free bread in the health food store. I buy sprouted-grain bread there. It takes a little getting used to, but it's pretty good. I've made different things with white and brown rice flour. I prefer the brown. Both make pretty good pancakes!

Kelly, how did the bread turn out? I've been making it often for the guys here. They prefer it to all other breads. Smile My little DGD ate so much of it it gave her tummy trouble! I didn't bake it anymore while she was here! I had to giggle about being green to the undies!

Ellen, it's so good to see you here today! Thanks for posting. Smile

Wendy, I'm proud of you for coming in and for doing your O!!! Keep your chin up, and remember that your O-buddies are here for you.

Sheila, I'm glad you're still Oing with your mom. That's great!

Tammy, Sharon, Shari, Heidi, Jeans, Shelby, thanks for posting! I enjoyed reading everyone's posts!
