Good morning! I just did my O! for the day. DD isn't going in to work until later today so we'll probably do a walk video later in the morning.
It was really nice seeing so much activity on the board this weekend! We went to the movies yesterday afternoon and saw War of the Worlds. After that we ate out Mexican food. I was better about not overdoing it than I was last weekend. Hope everyone has a great week! |

Hey all,
Good morning! Great job Kelly on already getting in your O for the day! I haven't been posting much, but I did get in 5 days in a row of Oxycise last week and then spent most of Saturday walking around and pushing a stroller at the zoo, so I figure that counts for exercise for that day. I am looking forward to another week of faithful O. Well, today starts a busy week of canning and putting in storage lots of produce from our garden, right now on my counter are tomatos, cucumbers, onions, blue berries, peaches, pumpkins, butternut squash, zucchini squash, and yellow summer squash. So far, I have gotten the blueberries in the freezer. I need to get out and pick green beans, more tomatos, more peaches, jalapenos, and cilantro. Anyone want to come and help out? LOL... Leah mom to 4 girls so far... |

Lots of people to congratulate on losses - Kelly, Susanna, Shelby, Tammy, Vickie - hope I didn't miss anyone. You all help inspire us to KOB! Nancy, hope your b/day was the best ever - and they keep getting better! Hope you're feeling better, EmBe. Ellen, great pictures - really enjoy your site. We were out of town for the WE - it was quick but nice. My back was crummy on Sat which put a dampper on things but it was still nice to get away from everything. Fortunately, DH is VERY patient with me. Today my legs are stiff from walking up stairs - I need to be mowing the grass, I guess Hope everyone has a good week. |

Hello everyone! I did a Level 1 today. I did my measurements on Saturday, after my first week of O! and I was very excited to see that I had lost 2 inches! .5 on my waist, .5 on my hips, .5 on my thigh, and .5 off my chest!!!!! Congrats to everyone on their losses!!!! Hope everyone is having a great monday! Jolene S.

It was so good to see so many posts over the weekend! Thanks to each one who posted!!! Leah, I would love to have so much produce! You must be quite a gardener! Jolene, congratulations on your great first week!!! AWESOME RESULTS!!! Yep, 2B, I think you need to start mowing! Really though, I'm sorry you had back problems over the weekend. I hope you feel lots better soon. Thanks for the info, Shelby. I sure don't mean to recommend something unhealthy! I did my O really late last night, and plan to do it tonight, as soon as I get off of here. I can really feel everything tightening up again, since I've been more faithful with O. It feels SO GOOD!!! |

Hi all!!
I did my lvl 1 this evening and then pilates afterward. Congrats on all the losses!!! My baby is finaly feeling better, but I'm afraid I may be coming down with it..yea:P Kelly how was the movie, my DH really wants to go and see it, is it worth paying a babysitter? Mandy |
