L3 for me today. Won't be outside much since we're supposed to get freezing rain all day. Oh well, it's been around 50 for two days.

Well, allt these stories about cold and snow are starting to scare me about moving from FL to Ohio...

It has been really nice but windy here the last few days. We have 2 1/2 wks before we move and want to get in one nice trip to the beach as soon as the wind calms down. Having that sand hitting your body in the wind is not fun.

Ok, off to pack a bit and then do my O.

Hey, Friends,

Would you believe it - it snowed in Dallas, TX last night!! AMAZING! It is a beautiful sunny day today, but still on the cold side.

I started my day with 15 sets of O! and then walked for 30 minutes. O! always jump-starts my body and helps me concentrate better. I will get my other 15 sets in during the day today at work and when I get home. I love that I can do O! throughout the day.

Did L2 this morning before work and plan on doing L1 after work with Mom.

Water and eating has been good yesterday and so far today.

Was nice to read all the posts yesterday.

Phyl, the snow and cold may be scary, but just think how nice it will be in early spring and fall! I do love the changing of the seasons.

It's actually suppose to be SUNNY here for the next couple of days. This winter has been extra rainy (yes, even for Seattle ) and so I'm enjoying seeing the sun.

Hey! Almost forgot to come post today! (I read posts earlier before I did my O!)

Melinda, my daughter is in college not far from there and ended up with about 5" of snow! She was excited since we rarely get any snow to speak of around here. My sister's in Plano and got a little there, too. Some parts of AR got a lot, but just a few flurries at my house (maybe ten minutes worth of flakes, lol)
