Good morning! I've gotten my O! done for the weekend. I was very good with my eating yesterday. I took a peek at the scales this morning and everything was fine...in fact, if anything I'm down a little. I won't measure again until the end of the month. Now that I'm "maintaining" I'm trying to stay on top of things without obsessing.

Congrats on your losses, Alicia! Congrats to anyone else who has lost this past week, also! (I haven't been as diligent about keeping up with posts this week....)

Jennifer...what's the timeframe on your next move?

Finished O for the weekend. However, my husband is going to watch the intro video with me so that he can learn it! I'm so glad that he is going to start doing O with me. When I first started, he said he would watch me and see how it went. Now, he's decided that he needs to do it for himself. Not because of his wife's input .

Hello O-buddies!

It was good to see so many posts for yesterday! It's so good to hear from more of you!!! THANKS a bunch!

I haven't done much O this week either, since I'm busy painting. I don't enjoy the fumes! It's been nice enough here though, that we have been able to open the kitchen window, and I also run the range hood fan. I'm pretty well done with one coat in the kitchen and dining area. I'll give it another coat, and then start the living room. It's all open, in a big L shape, so it must all be done. I'm hoping to find a contrast color for one wall yet, but haven't decided which color it will be. The bulk of it is a vanilla color though. Anyway, I'm enjoying the job. I used to paint houses for my dad's construction company.

Tonight we're invited to a friend's house for supper, and tomorrow we're invited out for lunch, so I foresee a "high-calorie" weekend. I will try to be good though!

Congratulations to those losing. Unfortunately, I am not one of them! I have been a pretty naughty girl this week. I got into some more chocolate this week. Need I saw more! This weekend has not been too bad. Have not done much O though. I really need to kick butt next week and get back into the swing. I really want to. I just can't seem to make my body do it though. I had when I feel this way. Disgusting.

I promise Monday I will jump in and get on the wagon again instead of running behind the wagon (can't remember off the top of my head who said that but I had to laugh when I read it (alicia maybe??).

Going to watch the Steeler game today. We play Denver!!!! GO STEELERS!!!!!!

Lin - I so understand the way you were feeling when you posted this as I've sure been there too! I never understand it really and hate when it happens!
