Hey y'all!! I'm still here!
I've been good about getting my O! done every day. Eating is good somedays, but not so good others. Water is good most days. My DD has been getting me to do walk videos with her several times a week. That said, I have been kinda down about my weight. I gained about 15 or 20 pounds over the past six months or so. Granted, for awhile there last year, I had gotten TOO thin! (never thought I'd say THAT!) I really wasn't skinny, but my neck was looking old, etc. The weight hadn't come off in the right places. Anyway.... I gained back a little and now my clothes are a bit tight in the waist. I need/want to drop about 10-15 pounds and I know from experience just losing a few can be the hardest task!! So.....I'm trying!! It's great seeing some new faces here!! WELCOME to all the "newbies"!!! KOB & DYW! |

Good afternoon O!gals,
I must admit that I didn't get my O! in today. My eating has definitely improved, though. I did some walking here at work. I'm involved in Vacation Bible School in the evenings (6-8:30pm), so I am TIRED when I get home after working all day. It is a blessing though... Today is our 36th wedding anniversary. Hello ladies!
2 workouts today; water and eating good YAY! Just as well though as I overindulged on the weekend, missed my O workout on Sunday, and only did half a workout on Monday. Nevermind, it's the bigger picture that counts, and tomorrow will be the first day of week 4 for me. So, I'm happy to be sticking at it :0). Kelly, please don't be discouraged! It is really important to think positively. Tell yourself that you CAN control what you eat and what you weigh; that you have a moderate, selective appetite; and when you are doing your walking or O workouts, tell yourself that your body LOVES what you are doing for it (its true!). Hello all ! I am back from a long break due to health but I am getting back on the wagon today.
I will report in later on my O! after I do my chores of getting my laundry folded...ugh first things first ( the pile is Way high! lol) Cheers, Nancy |
