Good morning everyone! L1 for me. DH is starting to get interested so I'll probably stay on L1 for a while so he gets comfortable with it.

Tammy, I'm so sorry about your husband's grandmother.

I just want to stay how much I enjoy being part of this thread. I have been part of other "weight loss" web sites before but this thread is just special. There's such harmony and everyone truly cares about each other--not just what DVD we are doing that day but the whole picture including family, pets, and personal situations. Everyone is so supportive about both the good things and the bad things. I know I never have to worry about falling very far off the O wagon because someone is always ready to give me a hand and pull me back up. Everyone here truly seems like family.

Sorry to ramble, but I really appreciate being part of such a wonderful group.

Good morning! I just finished doing my O!. My hip and leg were sort of bothering me, so I did lots of positions that stretched them and it really felt good. Water was great yesterday and eating was good.

Shari, I feel the same way about this site. I have another I participate in some and it amazes me how mean it can get there at times! I love the warm, friendly atmosphere here. It's one of the reasons I've stuck with my O! for so long!!

Hello Dear O-buddies!!!

I'm sorry I've been missing again. Our kids finally moved back to MT, so it's just us and the three youngest kids at home again. Sure miss them all, but know they like being home, too.

Anyway, now I need to get back to O, so I'm signing in for accountability. I know my O-pals will give me a boost back up on the wagon today.

Lin, I'm sorry Lenny's treatment was so rough! I hope things get better, not worse!!!

Glad to hear of the progress and success of some of my O-buddies!!! Yep, this group of ladies is wonderful, and I think about you all every day. Whether I post or not, I come in very, very often, and it means a lot to me to know that I've been missed.

Here I come..... I'll be back later to let you know that I got my O done.

Lin I'm sorry to hear Lenny isn't feeling well. I know that chemo can really get you down. I heard something about ginger or ginger ale helps settle the stomach. You probably know by now what works and what doesn't. I just hope he starts feeling well enough to work.

Did my O! tonight!

My son had his cast taken off today and the pins removed. It was not a fun afternoon but he came home with a weightbearing cast and is happy to be sleeping in his own bed tonight since he can get up the stairs again. 3 weeks of this and then he should be back to normal. He is a bit bummed because he hoped to be completely cast free by his birthday. He'll be a week late now. Will be giving the wretched wheel chair back to the rental company this week. We are so ready to have that gone!

I did it!!! I did my O tonight!!! Thanks for boost ladies!!! Here's my hand for those who need it.
