Good morning! I haven't done my O! yet, but thought I'd go ahead and start the thread for the day while I was here. Water and food were both acceptable yesterday.

Bev, you can see my results on page 17 of the Smiles of Success. I've gained back about 15 pounds, but I'm keeping that in check and have even lost a few of them. I'll never let myself get big again!!

okay.... better get busy so I can get to my O!

KOB & DYW!

Good morning, Kelly, and all buddies to follow. Smile

I did Level 3 again this morning. (I did a commuter routine instead of yoga last night!)

I took measurements this morning and while the scale didn't budge Roll Eyes, I am down almost 4" in the past 10 days! This includes about an inch on my waist. Big Grin Big Grin Big Grin

I will do Buns/Thighs 1 tonight.

Welcome, Bev! Smile Glad you're here.

Good Morning "O" Pals!!

Did L4 this morning. It feels good to be doing "O" again. Eating is a lot better. I'm not eating so much greasy deli stuff like I was.

Tammy...WOW!! 4 inches!!! That's AWESOME!!!

I forgot to measure Tuesday when I jumped back on the wagon. So I did that this morning. I've seen worseBig Grin so it didn't hurt just real bad.Wink

Have a Healthy Day!

Good Morning Everyone!

It is a beautiful day here in sunny Arizona!

I'm having fun getting aquainted with this site and all the fun things you can do! Kelly, I'm going to try to find your success pictures after I post here. Sounds like you have really done great! I truly believe in this program. It seems like you can feel the benefits to your body almost immediately!

Tammy, that is so inspiring about your inches lost. I did do a complete take of all my measurements and will be keeping track of that. I had just recently purchased the Dr. Oz., "You on a Diet" book, and he said that a tape measure is a much more accurate way to measure progress than the scales. I want to focus on getting my waist size down to a healthy number!

Thanks everyone for being so welcoming. I think I was lonely before because noone had ever heard of Oxycise. Hope everyone has a great day!

Good afternoon everyone.
I was reading and refreshing my mind on the breathing tips. Thanks Kelly for posting them. I do need reminding, as after a few years of doing the "O" sometimes I tend to get into bad habits.
Today it's Level 3 for me.
Question: The people that have lost weight by just Oxycising....do they do one routine a day or several? Just wondering if anyone knows.

It IS a good afternoon, Oing! friends...

I didn't get my O! in this morning - just walked for 30 minutes. I prefer to O! but have signed up on the wellness program here at DBU and will receive $100 if I walk at least 30 min. five times a week. The program will end in May, so I am keeping the pace. I will also receive another $100 if I lose 10 lbs. I was 136 lbs. on Jan. 22 and the weigh-out is May 9. I am currently at 125 lbs., so I need to keep my O!'s and walking going. I was down to 123 lbs. on Monday - our weight can certainly fluctuate.

Ruth, I have lost weight/inches on doing O! just one time a day. In fact, as soon as this Wellness program ends at DBU, I will only be doing Oxycise once a day. I do love to walk, though, so I'll probably still walk some, too. O! is great and really works, but it works best if you're on a healthy eating program. Jill Johnson's book on eating right - Fuel for Success - is very good and really works. I went on the 3 day fruit/veggie cleanse and it really jump-started my body. She also teaches you how to properly combine your food - VERY GOOD! When I properly combine my food, I feel better, have more energy and don't feel like there's a 2-ton truck in my stomach.

Ruth, I do O! all through my day - walking around our beautiful campus, in the car, as I'm walking early in the morning, etc. Doing my O! breathing invigorates me and makes my mind work better (and I need that for sure). Razz

Keep on breathing...

Melinda

Hello friends!! Smile

Heading in shortly for my evening O! session.

Thanks for your compliments on my 10-day results! I am quite happy with them, though I thought I'd lost more than 4" when I measured. I guess that was just wishful thinking (or perhaps good memories of the olden days Eek when I first tried O!). I have been battling this for too long Roll Eyes and I absolutely hate the feeling of jumping on the scale. I am not going to weigh again until the end of the month and/or May 1, but will keep taking measurements -- they really are what matters most. Gotta keep on breathin' and posting here with you fine folks!!! Big Grin

Have a great night.

Good Morning Everyone,

I enjoyed reading the posts this morning and seeing the comments! Thanks for the good tips and suggestions. I'm really looking forward to diving into the Oxycise program again and also really watching the types of food that I eat. I do have Jills book on Food for Fuel and I know I really can drop pounds when I stay on the 3 day Oxycleanse diet. I'm really tired of being 50 pounds overweight and feel very motivated to do something about it!

Well, I'm off now to do another Oxy-video. I do have a number of Jill's different video's and I still seem to enjoy level 1 the most.

Best wishes to everyone!!
Bev
