Good morning y'all! I've done my O! for the day and a 2-mile walk video with DD.

Well, we finally got some rain late yesterday afternoon, but not before it got into the upper 90s. That's okay...the temp quickly dropped about 15 degrees. Right now it's just 71 and only supposed to get near 90. A nice break!

I enjoyed seeing some activity in the homeschooling thread again. If I were doing it all over again, I would definitely considering that seriously. As it is...my last two are entering their junior and senior year in HS and want to finish up where they transferred to last year. I'm okay with that.

Well...I need to go make breakfast and pack a lunch for DD.

Hope everyone has a good Thursday!

Morning All -
Carol, I saw you are logged in so hope you will have time to post. I've been thinking about you.
Got my commuter in this a.m. Another nice, cool morning but guess it is ending today.

Hello All,

Got in my commuter today and am now trying to get my house ready for the Creative Memories Party which will be here tonight. Do any of you scrapbook?

Hello O-buddies!

Where's everyone else today? It's been so much fun to have lots of posts! Don't quit now, ladies!

No O last night, but I MUST do it tonight! I pushed the lawn mower today, for a little while.

Mandy, thanks for your post on the homeschool thread. There's nothing like the voice of experience!

Leah, I scrapbook a little bit. Ellen is a Creative Memories Consultant, so she's the pro!

See ya later!

Good evening all,

Did do O today. I did go do water aerobics which is really good for you they say. I enjoyed it. On Mon. & Wed. we do tiebo water aerobics and on Tues. & Thurs. we do the regular aerobics which are as vigurous. I've enjoyed them.

It was been nice here for the last three days, a good break from the hot, hot weather.

Have a good evening.

KOB & smiling.

Ellen,

The CM party was fun even though it took place in the dark! We had a big storm here and just after the consultant arrived our power went out and stayed out for the next 12 hours! So, DH and I got out nearly every candle we own and lit them so we could at least somewhat see what was going on. I had 3 people show up, even though I mailed 20 invitations and invited many many more via the email. Those three people bought enough that I was able to get $21.00 of free stuff. In fact, after my order I only lacked $40 before being at the next level. There were actually 4 parties booked from mine last night!

Even though the turn out was small I enjoyed it enough that I'll have to do it again in the future! Now I'm inspired and would love to sit and scrapbook all day today...can't though I have canning to do. Maybe that will be my reward for getting my canning done.

Leah
