Hi everyone! Just O breaths for me today. I took a nasty fall yesterday when I was taking my dogs out to potty. We were halfway out the door. Landed on my knees but my back and my right hip hurt worse today. At least I didn't let go of any leashes when I fell!!

Hi again:
I tried to post the other day and was told that the board was down. I don't know what was wrong. Anyway, after being very sick for a week I have been oxy. again. The first day I had to almost grit my teeth and do it, because of the lack of energy and strength. Today however, was the 5th day in a row that I have done the complete video. It feels good to get back "at it". By the way, do any you good ladies (or gentlemen) Just wondering. Have a great weekend all Ruth |

Glad you're back to O, Ruth; I'd imagine keeping at Oxycise will take care of that--I had a routine stress test yesterday, and my cardiologist is very impressed with the program and all its aspects. L3 for me this morning right after Mass- Have a great day- Love, Helene |

Hi everyone. I'm feeling much less sore today, so I'll try L1.
Ruth, I agree with Helene about the belly fat. Although I really need to work on that area myself (as well as the fat on the rest of my body) I have noticed significant changes in my belly when I do O on a regular basis. Have a blessed Sunday. Shari |
