Hi all,
Hoping you are not suffering too much with the new worm!
We are ok since we are on Macs.

I did L1 w/o weights & a few extra moves as well that didn't hurt my back; I'm doing better. This Sat our daughter gets her wisdom teeth taken out on one side. It will be a real operation since they haven't even sprouted yet.

Have a great day y'all.

Shelby

Good morning Shelby and all to follow! I did go to the "doc in a box" yesterday and have another bad infected throat. I didn't do O! last night..will try again today!

Rose...hope your mysterious ailment goes away soon!

Shelby & Tammy...we had that virus going around at work....it's amazing how quickly those things spread!

Welcome back to Missy, Carol and Wendy!

Tamie..hope your shoulder gets better!

Terrie...congrats on the loose pants!!

Blue Eyes...hope all is well with your dad..and congrats on the pounds and inches lost!

Jennifer...some meds can make you retain water weight...that happens to me too!

Have a great day all!

Thank you, I am much better. I still don't know what it was, but I tried taking some acidophilus, and right it way it started improving. Right now I feel 90% better. Big Grin Thanks for the well wishes.

Now I am working on getting my O! in, in 5 minute increments. (Since it bothers my nose and I get light headed if I do too much at once.)

Unfortunately, though, now my 19-month-old baby is all stuffed up. Babies can be so pitiful when they are sick. Frown

Good morning everyone. I wanted to warn you to be careful of a worm that actually sends you an e-mail from someone in your address book. The subject line is "Test". If you open it, your entire computer will go haywire. We are also having the "undeliverable" e-mail here too. It's amazing how many people are effected by those things.

Wendy, it's good to see you back. It sounds like you continue to have great success. We are all such beautiful people anyway. If we ever all met in one place, the world couldn't handle all that beauty.

Tamie, take care of that back. I recently experienced something similar. I went to the chiropractor and I was back in shape a day later. I don't know about the muscle relaxers slowing down the metabolism but, it makes sense that it might. You really have to love them when you need them though.

Hey Laura, any news on your foot? Our bodies are such a mystery. I just found out that I have tennis elbow. When did I play tennis lately? I actually think it has to do with lifting weights. I now wear this lovely band around my arm in hopes that I can get it taken care of without having to go to the doctor. My chiropractor told me exactly what it was so, I am not doing a self diagnosis. I just want it to go away. I can't grasp the simplest things without the burning pain shooting up my arm. It's tough getting old.

I did 30 minutes of my cardio glider to Bob Seger this morning. I also did the commuter routine so, I am right on track today.

I hope you all have a wonderful day.

Hi, thanks for the suggestion. I did take claritin a few years ago--and it worked great for about a year. Last year I took Zyrtec- and it worked for about 6 months. Now Allegra is still working somewhat for me, but diminishing. I don't know what to take next. I tried going back to the others and it didn't help. Here, everything is over the counter! Thanks again, tell me if you have other ideas!

Did my O! L2 again this morning. Felt a little lightheaded again and my legs felt great. I think I am doing it with more gusto now. I'm trying to really do the breath properly. I think I might watch the intro tape again just to refresh my memory and watch Jill. I do the stretches as well but they say the breath is most important. I feel like I am going to be on L2 forever because my hamstrings are so tight! The stretches feel so good, so I don't think I'll mind. I did L1 for a long time before I bought L2. I also have L3 but haven't opened the wrapper.

I really need to measure. Hopefully I'll remember to do it tonight. I need to do my breast self exam as well and keep putting it off. All of you ladies need to do that monthly as well!

Good morning all.... I did my Oxycise this morning and even got in some extra breaths along the way.

I'm in a bit of a rush or I'd try to respond to more of you. It was so good reading about all of your lives today.

Shelby...I can certainly sympathize with the "extraction" since we just went through that here (two teens, four teeth each!).

I'll try to get back later, but have to run at the moment.

Have a wonderful Wednesday!

Yesterday evening I did L1, and went to Curves. (I will start posting the day after workouts, since there's no chance of geting online after work...way to tired) Wink

Blue Eyes, wow you are having great results. When did you start? Is doing O 2x the only change you have made? Do you do it twice in a row, or AM/PM? Im so ready to lose these prego lbs... Razz

Laura D & Merrit, Thank you! Big Grin

Rose, my 3 month old is stuffed up too...poor girl. Frown

I hope everyone is having a wonderful day so far!

Hello Wendy, Yes i do my reps in the morning when i wake anywhere between 5:30 & 7 AM at this point i am up to 32 in the AM & 32 in the PM when i get ready for bed.I love it Big Grin i have just ordered all the videos they have and several new orders for friends.I am following Jills fuel for success. Try to stay at an A average. But i have sooooo much energy hard to sit at times Razz I have added about 7 extra basic breaths between some of the reps on L1. keep it up and soon every thing will be coming off, determination, and GUSTO is the key. Since every ones body is different we all see different changes.I started this on Jan. 1st. I also boost my ego by exercising in front of mirrrorRoll Eyesso i can watch as the body expands & deflates. Then i know i am getting a good work out.

Hi everyone!! Did my O already for the day!! Just level 1 for now. I have 2 hours to wait and see if I win the level 2 on ebay. I'll have to be on the computer at that time though because they sneak in there at the last minute to outbid you and it's sooo disappointing. I've decided to order the special to have some new levels ready. Anyone have any recommendations? I would really like to have the buns and thighs and the upper body and abs as well, but what about the free one. Should I get the level 3 or get the level 2 buns and thighs? I'm thinking my best bet is to get level 3 and put it away for later. Is it a good one? I'm just assuming that I'm going to get 2 off of ebay, I'm hoping anyway. So any input from you guys would be great. I only have till Friday to order. Doesn't seem like anyone sells the level 3 or buns and stuff on ebay so I might as well get my money's worth. Hope everyone's babies get better. Mine just got over it and oh my gosh it's so sad when they are sick because they can't tell you what's wrong!! makes me want to cry for them!! Other than that, hope everyone gets through their dilemmas!!

Shelby-Why on earth are they already cutting out your kids wisdom teeth? Just curious. I still have one left to be pulled out. I refused surgery because I'm scared of anasteshia or however you spell it. I'd rather get the novacaine and take my chances. all has went well so far!!

blue eyes-I am definitely new at all this, but one thing I have figured out is if I do the O in the evening, I can't seem to sleep well. I know it's says you can do it anytime, but I think maybe doing it too late might not be such a good thing-just an opinion. You said you lay there thinking you should be doing something and that's how I felt when I would finish up at night. so maybe try to do it a little earlier like before or right after dinner and see if you get to sleep faster-just a suggestion.

Everyone have a great day and we shall be in touch tomorrow!!!

Terrie

Terrie

They need to cut them out because as they grow in they will mess up all the straightening we had done with the braces. She has a tiny jaw & can't afford them to grow in.

Terrie Kay, I know what you mean about eBay... 'cause when I bid on stuff I always try to do it in the last two minutes. Big Grin That's the only way to be sure you win, without using "buy it now". I am planning to auction my "Buns & Thighs 1" on there when I get it back from my sister-in-law... not sure when that will be, though. (I have the positions memorized, and I never like to do it to the tape, anyway.)

Shelby, I had wisdom teeth out, two that were grown in, and two that were technically "impacted". The ones that had to be cut out I actually thought was the better deal out of the two, 'cause on those you get stitches and stop bleeding a lot faster. It didn't hurt any worse to begin with, either, and I just had novacaine. Just wanted to share an encouragement, in case you want to pass it on. Smile

Lots of interesting posts today!

Jennifer, if you're interested in homeopathic remedies, they say pulsatilla is good for allegies. (30C dose 3 times a day.) Haven't tried it myself though. Also, have you ever gone to that website that someone posted about the water cure? That's supposed to really be effective...www.watercure2.com

Tamie, I'm so sorry you're having such an awful experience! Do you think a chiropractor could help? I'd sure try it!!

This energy thing is different for some of us!!! I'm always VERY tired after Oxycise, so I do it at night and sleep better because of it!

It's sooooo cold here! We've had a wind chill of 35 below 0 today. Seems like I can't control my appetite as well when it's cold...but I'm not doing too bad. Wink

Didn't O last night after all, but plan to do it tonight.

My brain really does work backwards--I have to post and say I'll do my workout--then I go do it. I did my L1 and got a sticker.

Susanna--Interesting-- I have used a lot of homeopathy in the past. When we returned to the USA from living in Ecuador, my children had a lot of health problems. I went to a recommended homeopath and she CURED them. I have a box of remedies in my closet. I used to use histaminum for allergies, and I don't have anymore of it. I'll try pulsatilla, I'm pretty sure I have some. Thanks for the suggestion!
