SmileI can't say wake up sleepy heads because it's already late afternoon.
I can't believe I am starting this weekend thread so late in the day!
Where is everybody? Frown

Bev, I read your post. Congrats on the loss. I'm not sure what you mean by the twofers?

I'm finished with my walk and O! is next.

Lin, still thinking and praying for you and Lenny. Hope all is well.

Hi Jeans and those to follow:

You look lonely here. Not sure where everyone is today.

Did part of L2 this morning, I will finish it later this afternoon. Eating was better yesterday and water was good. Doing okay so far today with food and need to get on that water.

Have a great weekend everyone. KOB and smiling.

Congrats to those of you that are losing!!!

HEllo:
I was here this morning, but no one had started the thread and I don't know how to.
Anyway, yesterday I did Level 2 and Level 4. Today it was level 3.
I am still determined to "O" 5 days in a row.
We are going to our son's in Ok. for about 3 days, but I think I can do it!
I have lost about 25 lbs since last July.
It seems that my clothes look better on me than when I weighed this much many years ago. As I was wondering why...it came to me. It must be the Oxycise. Jill says it will reshape your body. I thought maybe I am too old for that, but I think it has helped.
The weight is coming off very slowly. I can't eat salads, nuts or several raw vegetable because of colon problems. So I have to work at it a little harder than some people.
To all of you who are having a difficult time losing the weight....don't give up, even if it is a slow process. It will pay off in the end.
Goodnight all and have a great weekend.
Ruth

Hi Jeans,

So sorry, I'm meaning that post for Embe! Please pardon my senior moment! Ha. Roll Eyes

It's good seeing everyone's posts this morning! Thanks everyone for putting up with me as I'm getting used to this new site. Yesterday was good as I got in a 50 minute walk with lots of Oxy breath's and also at our church fellowship meal I was able to keep the eating in check very well. I'm hoping to stay upbeat and to be able to follow my program this time and get rid of lots of this "extra fat"!

Hope everyone is having a wonderful and relaxing Sunday!
Hugs,
BJW/Bev
