Good morning all,
Did L2 this morning before work. Eating was not good yesterday, but water was. Hopefully, I can get the two the same and do well on both today. Good to see more posts yesterday. Have a great Friday everyone! KOB and smiling. Sheila |

I got in L 2 today!!
I need to remotivate myself to get to losing weight again. I need to get my eating under control and drink more water. I did my O! workout first thing this morning. We had a storm come through last night and I didn't walk this morning because it was wet and very cold. I'll try to get my walking in this evening - and get that Vitamin D from the sunshine.

Good Morning Everyone and Happy Friday!!
You know what? I got completely "OFF" on the days of the week this week and yesterday was Thursday my normal weigh-in day! I don't know what I was thinking, but I sure got mixed up. Maybe this was a good thing as I have decided to move my weigh-in day to Saturday because that was the day I really decided to start on this project seriously. Also, I have a weigh-in on Monday with a couple other Tops pals, and I was also doing Thursday on Spark....... I think it is getting me a little crazy, so I believe I'll just have Saturday as my official day from now on! Jeans, I must have somehow missed your success report last week, but reading from the other gals! CONGRATULATIONS!! I know we have a 2 lb. a week challange going and I'm really going to try my hardest to make it! I'm so glad that you are having the success! Sounds like you are really going to town on the gardening!! Embe, I will definitely pop in and say hi to you on Spark. I go by Sunnyside, so it will be fun to see you there! We have a gentleman on the "Tops Pals" thread who has really done fantastic. He has lost more than 40 lbs. now! Well, it was great seeing all you other ladies on this thread. Well, yesterday was my weight watcher meeting and I lost all of .02 lbs. At least it was not a gain. I think I snacked too much. That is my weakness. I can't eat many of the raw vegetables so it can be a problem. With col, windy, wet weather I am not getting much walking in. I made a chart to keep track of the days I Oxy. and it is an eye opener. In the last two weeks I have only Oxy two days in a row. then skip a day or two and do another 2 days. Me thinks...therein lies part of my problem. So I am going to be faithful (Try to) with 5 days in a row. That is what Jill says is needed. (I think) I am off to do Level 2 right now. "see" all of you soon, Ruth |

I have the same problem and seems like a few days slide by and I have forgotten or didn't make the time to do the Oxycise. I'll take the pledge with you for doing 5 days in a row! Embe, I tried finding your Spark page, but alas no luck. I wanted to edit my remark about the gentleman we have on our team. He has lost more than 50 lbs. now! They elected him as leader of his Tops chapter!! Susanna, thanks for the kind remarks on my family pizza party! It is always hard when we are surrounded by those not so slimming foods, but I guess portion control really helps in those situations. Last night the other grandson had a Little League ball game that we attended. That was FUN!! Bye for now, Bev |

Hi friends, I'm still around and doing O! on a regular basis...but am not online on one. I guess if I had to pick, it'd be good to pick O! over being online!
Anyway, for inspiration, I've lost 5 lb this month and 4"!!! Stick with it! Now I'm doing lots of fresh foods and look forward to more weight falling off!!! |

Bev, I'll try to find you at Sparks. I get daily notices from them but I just go in mostly to look at the exercises and recipes. I've never posted there. I did lose 2 #'s but none since then so I'm sure it's going to come off real slow... I walked today but didn't have a chance to O! yet. Eating was good, water wasn't. I'll try harder tomorrow. Thanks so much for the flower boquet! That is so sweet of you. You know what I was doing wrong in finding you............ I was looking for Twofer instead of Twofer's! I didn't have too much time this morning to look at posts, etc., but I will check back again soon. We are rushing around this morning getting ready for church. We go to the Seventh Day Adventist church which meets on Saturday. I did weigh myself this morning and was down to 184.80, so I did have a .60 weight loss since the one I did a week from last Thursday. Take care and talk to you soon! Bev |
