The doctor said to start exercising again. Even though I've lost a little - he said to learn to let my stomach grumble. Isn't it always easy for thin people to say that? I'm on a bunch of RA medicine and it sure isn't helping. I started O again today and did 1/2 with a walking tape. Encourage me and I'll encourage you! Razz

Feel free to join us here every day for support and encouragement. Have you done Oxycise before? I certainly wouldn't like your dr. advice either! I use the Change One plan from Reader's Digest, and if my tummy's rumbly, I eat more veggies or a piece of fruit.Best wishes for great losses!

Hi! Welcome from me, too. I've always been bad about listening to my head rather than my stomach when I want to eat. At least if you hear your stomach grumble you really know it's hungry!

Thanks for your your replies. Got out a calendar - put it on my desk - wrote my weight and measurements - yikes - where did those inches come from! Day 2 - lets all keep going! Smile
