Good morning everyone! I did my O! earlier today and just finished breakfast.

Did everyone have a good weekend? I did... managed to find lots of time to read. The weather was great, too. Things are definitely getting green outside!

Hope all of you have a good Monday!

Good morning Kelly and all to follow! Yes, I had a good weekend, but as usual it went by too fast! We had great weather, but those darn caterpillars can go away anytime!!

I got in L1 on Saturday and didn't do anything "official" yesterday, but did some breaths in the car.

Hope you all have a great day!

Hi...

In the process of doing L1 right now. I'm going to try and do my 4-miler today, but I'm not feeling well. I've lost my voice, have a sore throat, cough, and I'm sneezing a lot. So, I'll see how it goes. Probably best not to push it.

Have a good day!

Hello all,

Donna, I hope you feel better soon.

We had a good weekend visiting Anaeheim and got back last night.
Kelly, Thanks for all the advice. I hope I am doing the breathing right. I try to follow all the breathing tips. Eating wise, I think I do well, I never deprive myself of anything, I just eat a small portion of whatever I want. I am active, I have to be with two kids epecially my two year old. I wish there was someone around here in southern California who would guide me through the brathing process.

Have a good week, got to get laundry started.

Hi, Buddies! I did a commuter so far. My baby girl is getting married in 2 months, I hope I can get in shape before then! She's 21 years old, and our first to get married.

Hi Donna,
The best written advice on how to do the breathing correctly for me was one of the articles inculuded on the web site, that you should be able to put a fist onto your belly and breath into the fist, Hope that helps.

Hi everybody,
I havent posted for a while. My grandfather died and had house guests for a week, services etc. I did get in two level one's in that time, so that helped with the stress. Did level one yesterday and going to do it now before I take my son to baseball practice. He is almost seven and they are so fun to watch!
Have a beautiful day everybody,
Kendra

Hello Ladies!

I finished my O for today, and also packed a bunch of rocks around outside, so I feel like I've had a real workout.

Nice to see so many here. Kendra, my sympathy to you and yours.

Donna, hope you feel better soon.

Melinka, are you facing surgery, or is there medication to treat your stones?

Ellen, are you still peeking? I miss you!
