Yesterday was wonderful! I'm not sure it ever even reached 80! (rare, indeed, for July!) Today is supposed to be in the lower 90s again. Yeah, well... it was a nice break.

I just finished doing my O!. DD and I did our usual 2-mile walk.

Years ago I use to play a game with colored stones on a grid called "pente". Not long ago, a friend I use to play it with e-mailed me that you could now play Pente online! We've been playing like crazy! It's a fun game and good for the brain. If anyone would like to check it out, here's the site: Pente I always play by the standard rules. Better get busy fixing breakfast and packing DD's lunch!

Hello O-buddies!

It's a sunny day here, promising to be pretty hot again. Oh well...it's summer!

I did my O last night! I've only missed one workout all week. I can tell such a difference even though the scale isn't saying so.

Sheila...good for you!!! O and water aerobics! Did you sleep really well? Whenever I'm in water for awhile it makes me sleep better.

Leah, it sounds like your party was fun even without electricity. Most of the scrapbooking I've done was our wedding pictures. I like being able to crop the backgrounds and save just the very best parts of the pictures. Now I like to look at these photos! My kids were impressed. I should do more...after all the wedding was over 30 years ago...so there are a few more pictures to put in there!

Hello All!

Some "O" this morning. Not a whole work-out yet.

Going to play Put-Put tonight with the whole gang. There is 13 of us, 6 of us under 7. Should be FUN!

Leah...Glad you had a good time at your party. Did you get the Free Stardust Album? Sorry to hear about the bad storm. But glad you was able to good a head with the party. Was it a Show or Class? I've only done shows so far. Getting ready to start a couple of ALL day crops soon.

Hope every one has a nice week-end. We have another B-day to celebrate. DD this time. No b-day cake. She wants a peanut butter pie. I use sugar free pudding & low-fat milk to make it.
