I have a busy day a head of me so I will start this and then come back and report my exercise for the day.

Hi everyone,

Did L2 and other stretching exercises this morning before going to work. Eating and water was good yesterday. Hope to do well today also.

KOBAS, congratulations on losing 10 lbs, great job.

Hope we have more people post today. We are missing alot of people lately.

Good morning O!Pals,

I was able to get a 30 min. walk early this morning and I did 15 O!reps so far. I hope to get the other 15 in throughout the day.

I will be detoxing my body during the next 2 weeks. That means a lot of fruits/veggies and no animal products (including things made from milk, eggs, meat products). I will not be drinking coffee - lots of water. Smile

This will be challenging but I will try my best to do it. I will also be striving to do my Oxycise every day, even if I don't get my walking done.

KOBAS, CONGRATS on losing 10 lbs.! Woo-Hoo!! Big Grin

Thank you so much for the congrats and encouraging words. Thank you, Jeans, for saying that I am an inspiration to you. Since, Tammy was my inspiration to get back on track, it made me think about how we are each like a link in a chain and we have strength in numbers, etc. I appreciate your support and encouragement very much!!!

I made my first fruit smoothie this morning with the Tofu. I used a few each of fruit that I had on hand: apricots, green grapes, red grapes and strawberries I really liked like it a lot!!

Today, I did my usual weights/exercises, walk at lake 3.2 mi in 1 hr 2 min and lots of oxybreaths. I'm noticing some physical changes when I look in the mirror as well as more energy now. So, even without the weight loss I would say that I am feeling better than when I first started 8 weeks ago. It is hard for me to believe that 8 weeks has passed by already!
