Good morning everyone! I did my O! this morning. Looks like it's going to be a hot, dry weekend here. We always like to do fireworks over the 4th, but since it's so dry I think we'll buy some while they're still available and save them for a wetter time later in the summer.

I really had fun sharing about Oxycise! with my friend yesterday. Her enthusiasm got me all fired up again, too.

Hope everyone has a great weekend!

Hello O-buddies!!!

It's a beautiful day here, although it promises to be pretty hot. I have lots to do because we have company coming tomorrow, and a potluck to go to on Monday. Smile Should be fun!

Kelly, I'm so proud of you! Big Grin You're just doing so well!!!

LeahB, you're doing great! I didn't do my O until after 10 last night, but I did it anyway! I never feel energized though. It relaxes me, and I can just go right to bed. In fact, I've been known to get up and O during the night, if I have trouble going to sleep. I'm glad your dh was favorably impressed. My dh thinks O is wonderful, because he's seen what it has done for me.

Yay! Ellen is back...and I'm pretty sure she'll peek in here today....so I'm waving right now. Wink

Thanks so much for being here, friends! I really do appreciate all the encouragement, caring, and support that I find here!

Good morning. I finally O'ed today. L2. And I've been feeling fine the last few days (thanks for asking Susanna Smile) so no excuses for why I haven't O'ed before now. It's just hard for me to get back in the groove once I'm out. It's so good to have this board to come to for encouragment. Smile

Susanna, I'm glad your son is okay. So scary!

Kelly, 44 pounds in 6 months!!! That's incredible. Good for you.

LeahB, I'm impressed that you were Oing at 11:30 last night! That's dedication!

Happy breathing everyone.

Good morning Kelly, Susanna, EmBe, and any to follow today:

Haven't done my O today yet. My dh and I got up at 5 and went to do some t-shirt printing for my grandsons and another lady. We have a shirt machine, so we had to cut out the prints and then put them on the shirts. They look good.

We got a nice rain here last night, so it is cooler than normal in Colorado today. It has been really hot 98 or 99 every day. The change is nice though. Everything smells so fresh after a rain, I love it.

Hope you all have a wonderful weekend and enjoy the 4th.

Hi everyone,

Great! I just typed everything and realized I wasn't logged in -- got to get used to this.

I haven't done my O yet. I did get up this morning and got to the gym did treadmill slowly warm up and then some light weights on the machines (no chest presses due to shoulder) and then 15 more mins on treadmill at a LITTLE faster pace (not much--don't want to push it).

My doctor (chiropractor) says he's already noticing a difference and thinks Oxycise is the perfect exercise forum for me and my body type. I used to do step aerobics but he said for my body type it will only bulk me up and the Oxycise and Gazelle will "cut" me so I'll have leaner looking muscles. I can't wait to see what another month will do for me!

Have a great day!

SmileLooks like I'm the first to post on the 3rd of July. As of 10:40 a.m. on the east coast I'm the only member on line and nine guests are looking on. I wish they would come and join us! Wink

Susanna I can just imagine how you felt seeing your DS on the ground like that. I'm glad he's okay.

I'm on my way to do L3 or L4 or both. It's a beautiful day today. The sun is shining. We haven't had much of that this past month. The sun seems to energize me. So, that said, I'm off to do my O!.

I hope you all are enjoying your weekend and have a safe and happy 4th celebration.

Good morning! Back in the good 'ole USA! We flew in very early Wed. morning, got to bed at 4am. We're loving seeing family again and being home. BTW- we're in Logan, Utah. My husband has been interviewing for jobs, all overseas somewhere. I got back into Oxycise yesterday and the day before. Great to see you again, Buddies!

Love, Jennifer

First time to check in with this group. I did 10 minutes of L1 this morning. This is my 3rd day (this time around). Being in early pregnancy and often tired, I tell myself that it counts as a workout even if I just get started and do what I can. 3 days ago, I could only do the standing positions. Today I was able to do standing, at the bar, and sitting positions.

I am feeling better because of Oxycise. I have more energy and less all day sickness. I have also noticed that my thighs aren't rubbing together so much.

I am 5 feet tall and weigh about 210 pounds. Being pregnant, I am not trying to lose any weight (at least not until after the baby is born). My goals are to Oxycise for energy and good health for baby and me; as well as to tone and strengthen all the muscles I will need for an easy delivery. My third goal is to develop healthy habits (Oxycise and healthy eating) that will help me to lose the extra weight later.

I will start now before I write a book.

SmileJennifer welcome back. I missed you.

Mom2, I'm happy you found us here. I did L3 this morning and Lori, one of the O!-ers on the tape, is six months pregnant. Jill has her do a few minor deviations while doing the floor exercises.

Okay, I'm off to do L4. It's been a quiet and relaxing day here.
