Good morning! Big Grin

I didn't get my second O! done last night, so I'll aim to make it up today.

I just finished Level 3.

Tonight it's Level 3 and Buns/Thighs 1 for me.

Have a great Tuesday! Smile

Hey there!

Did my O! this morning and feeling good even with the rain and clouds outside. I always want to bake when it rains, for some reason. I'll try to make something healthy.

High-five!

hello everyone.

i have been doing my o regularly except for this past weekend b/c i was out of town. i'm beginning to get a little discouraged b/c i've been o-ing for 3 weeks now and my measurement and weight have not changed. the first week showed i lost 2.5lbs then i gained it all back and some more. my weight kept on fluctuating and when i weighed myself after i came back into town, my scale showed a gain of 3.5lbs. yesterday and today i'm back to my original start weight, which is 145. am i doing something wrong. i know i've got the breaths down but i haven't changed my eating at all. i always thought i was a good eater to begin with so i hadn't planned on changing the way i eat at all. i told myself i wasn't going to get discouraged but now i'm beginnning to feel that maybe it won't work for me?

help!

Good morning, y'all! I just finished doing my O! (and I did it yesterday). I have to admit that I didn't O! ALL last week!!! That's only the second time in seven years that I've not gotten in six workouts a week (I think)! Our mission trip was a success and I feel like I got plenty of exercise (working!) while I was gone.

I need to get back on track with my eating, though. I'm off to a good start today (lol, it's only 10:30 here!).

Welcome to all the new folks! Laki....don't give up yet!! Could it be muscle you are gaining? That does weigh more than fat! Perhaps your food portions are too large, even if they are good choices? If you don't have much you need to lose, it might just take longer. Some folks are slower losers. Just a few thoughts!

While DD is home this summer she wants me to join her in some other ways to work out, so I guess I'll be getting double doses of exercise!

Good morning all,

Did L2 this morning along with other stretching exercises. Eating was good yesterday, water was not.

Laki, don't give up yet, sometimes it just takes longer for the body to start letting go of the pounds and inches. I just love the way oxycise makes me feel, whether I lose any weight or inches at all, it is worth it to me.

Kelly, sounds like you had a wonderful time in Mexico doing mission work. It is always rewarding to be able to help other people.

Have a great day everyone. KOB and smiling.

Hello All! Did 32 positions last night before bed, so my June calendar is off to a good start. Plan on doing some "O" before bed tonight also.

Welcome to the newbies. So glad you joined us.

Hello everyone,

Did Level 2 & Buns and Thighs last night. That's my first week down! Woohoo! Now here comes the challenging bit - sticking to it for another week.

Must drink more water and STOP eating salted cashew nuts (my weakness) Roll Eyes

bye for now,
G.

Hello all,

I just thought I would check in even though I have not gotten back to my O yet. I will get there this month!

Welcome to all the new ones.

I got back from Texas on Sunday afternoon. Much to my surprise to find out that I was greatly missed by Lenny. Made me feel good. Now the dog needs surgery. Good grief. My dog sitter found a cyst on his neck, thought maybe a bite, about pea sized. By last evening it had already doubled in size and became quarter sized and very found like a ping pong ball. Off to the vet I went today. He has to have it removed on Tuesday morning. Said it is a pocket full of fluid, puss etc, needs to be removed b/c it will just keep filling up all the time.

Lennny had his last treatment last week at the end of the week while I was gone and he gets his final scans June 24 to see if all the cancer is gone or not. We get the results June 27. Glad we don't have to wait so long to get the results. Please extra prayers. He is so beside himself. Finally broke down to me before I left and said I just don't know what I will do if this treatment doesn't work because I just don't want to die and leave you after all you have done for me. Wow, if that didn't break my heart to have to get on the plane the next morning. He has been really depressed. All well enough of that tear jerking stuff. Anyway a whole lot of extra prayers would be most welcome.

Kelly, glad your mission trip was good.

Well if all goes well hopefully I can get my O and everything back in order this month. Gosh it has been so long.

Hugs to all...... Smile Smile Smile Smile and thanks for all the ongoing support.

Lin

Hello O-buddies!

I just finished my O for tonight. Tammy, did you get 3 sets done today? If you did, you rock!!!

Lin, I'm so glad you updated us on everything. Glad that old saying is still true...absense makes the heart grow fonder...Smile Sorry about the dog's growth though. Hope it's not too hard to take care of.

Kelly, I'm glad to see you here today, too. We won't hold it against you that you didn't O while you were gone.

Millie, I love nuts, too!

Laki, I had to adjust portion sizes, and the outline of Change One helped me see that I was eating way too many calories to lose weight. If you'd like, I could email it to you, or you can find it under discussions at the top of this board.

Gotta get to bed.

Smile Susanna
