Good morning!! I just finished my O! for the day. DD and I did our usual 2-mile walk video, too. Oh..I forgot to mention that we ended up doing 3-miles on Monday.

Well...I've put on my sunglasses in my emoticon for today. That's in hopes I won't really need them and we'll get some rain instead. It's a 50% chance. They're also saying we'll only get into the lower 90s today...which would certainly be some relief from what we have been getting!

It's been wonderful seeing so many posts... especially during the summer!!! I love getting so much encouragement and, hopefully, encouraging others. Speaking of... Sheila, here's that kick you requested! <kick> btw, it's good seeing you back, Terrie Kay!

I got in almost a whole L1 today. i'm still feeling under the weather, but I need to get all better by Sunday & camp!!

I got my level 1 in today, and feeling great. I can tell a difference in my clothes. I don't know why I ever quit the 1st time.
Got alot of much needed rain today, and the temp. is only 61!!!!!!!!! After so many hot humid days. I'm so full of energy, finally!

It is nice here in Colorado today, only 68 so far today. A nice break from the heat.

Sounds like lots of people are enjoying a break from the heat - I sure am. We also got some badly needed rain last night.
Got in a commuter.

It is cool and dry here for the first time in weeks. I had a nightmare about DH leaving me for his previous girlfriend and I couldn't shake it all day. He was finished with her before he met me but just the same it shook me up! Iwill get outdoors for some fresh air before dinner and get in some O! later on.

Good evening all!

I got in a commuter today. I love being able to make use of the time spent in the car which would otherwise be wasted! I also discovered that the drive from my driveway to Walmart isn't as far as I thought. I thought it was a full 15 minutes or more, but I only had time to get in about half of the commuter on the way there and had to finish the rest on the way home. So, I guess that makes Walmart about 8 minutes away! Wow, now I don't feel like I live so far in the boonies! LOL

Did L1 this morning. Got in extras while folding 4 loads of laundry this afternoon.

A nice cool raining day here today.

Sheila...My DH was born & raised in Anderson, IN. He still has an Aunt & Uncle living there. I was born & raised in Kokomo. We now live in Southern IN in the small Hick town of Shoals. Have a nice time on vacation.
