Don't drop dead with surprise but I finally did my O! today, first time this week. I'm really ashamed of myself for slacking like I am but busy + tired doesn't = O! for me but I know it should!

Have done well the last couple of days and then Wednesday came. Started out well but had plans to make holiday candy with friends and it just wasn't as much fun to only drink water when there was Diet Coke being offered. Only ate 1 "mistake" candy---the turtle lost a leg--so that was good. But also did not O! at my normal, routine time so it did not happen at all. Today will be normal so I should not have a problem.

The Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) that I have appears to be more and more under control--slowly but surely. I think the O! is helping with that too.

Sandy, sounds like you did well with the candy. Glad your PCOS is coming under control.

I am getting ready to do L4. My dog is better today, but still wants to be held most of the time. You should see me sitting at my computer with him on my lap while I am trying to transcribe!

Okay no O for me yet and I really really sinned horribly today by having Raspberry cheesecake for my birthday, so now I am sure I will have little yeast critters floating around inside me!

Can everyone please hold Tammy up again in some prayer. Her dog, Arthur, who is on chemo treatments she said yesterday morning is not doing real good right now and is not looking good either. She is very upset with losing her grandmother and now her dog is getting worse.
