Happy Friday! Big Grin

Level 3 done. My eating was less than desirable yesterday, and hasn't been fantastic this morning, so I'm starting my day over right NOW. Smile

Planning to take a walk this evening; may also do Level 3 again.

TGIF!

Good Morning O! beautiful ladies,

I had plenty of water yesterday but ate at a luncheon here at my work (barbecue). I was careful but could have done better (dessert?) Anyway, today is a NEW DAY! I did my 30 reps of O! this morning - a GREAT way to wake up and get energy...thanks, Jill Johnson!

I did splurg on a latte at Starbucks this morning but I had soymilk - no artificial sweetener - very good. It's veggies and fruit all day today for me! I have a great salad waiting me for lunch today. Yum! Wink

I've discovered that I am gluten intollerant (and I LOVE breads!). My skin has really thanked me for staying away from gluten. The more fruit/vegetables I eat the better I feel all the way around. I am also staying away from so many animal products. I do eat chicken/turkey/fish now and then. Animal products are very acidic and I am trying to get my body into an alkaline state. Also, coffee/sodas are very acidic. I'm not drinking as much coffee as I used to - baby steps... Smile

Have a great day!

Melinda

Thank you Melinda for your comments. I guess that is what I need to do....besides doing the full tape, need to do the breaths while I am doing other things.
I will try that and see if it helps me get over this bump in the road I can't seem to get over.
I lost 0.2 lbs this week At least it was a loss and not a gain. Roll Eyes
Thanks again Ruth

Hello Everyone,

I finished reading Jill's book again last night! Today, I decided to take measurements and set my goal to see some results by the end of April. I hope this forum will help me to stay on track! I'm very thankful for my buddy here. She is my inspiration to try O! again. I'm not new here because I tried this once before several years ago. It's a NEW day with a NEW chance at losing inches and extra pounds through O!

THANK YOU, TAMMY!! I appreciate your welcome note. So cheerful and encouraging! I will keep you posted with my weekly progress. Look forward to reading your posts and progress, too! OH, and I loved your encouraging words to me earlier... "you can dO! it" lol Smile Thanks so much for everything!

Finally, I was very blessed with a sunny day and had a chance to take a walk at a local lake. It was really great after a long freezing winter! It was windy so still felt chilly! The 20 minute walk was a great way to start my exercise plans for April, which will include O!

Hello O-buddies!!!

WOW!!! Two newbies to welcome to the board!!! That's awesome!!! Welcome Lois and Bev!!! I hope you love it here, and find all the encouragement you need to be sucessful with O!!!

Ruth, it's good to see you posting again, and I'm glad you're still losing, even if it's slow. That's the right direction anyway!!! YAY!!! I only did one session of O per day, 5 or 6 days per week my first year, and I lost 68 pounds.

Melinda, if you get a chance, read the book Eat Right For Your Type by Dr. Peter D'Adamo. If you know your blood type, it's a great help in finding foods that make you feel good. It's really helped our family anyway.

Tammy, congratulations on those 4 inches!!! YOU GO GIRL!!! Big Grin

Shari, are you feeling better? I hope so!!!

I'm happy to report that I seem to have gotten my meds figured out, and I feel much better. I just need to get on the O-wagon again now. Thanks for all the inspiration today ladies!!!

What happened to Lin, O2B, and Jeanne, I wonder? I thought Susie came back, too. Princess has had the flu, but hopefully she'll be back here soon.

Oh yes! We're waiting for our puppies!! They're due this week, and we're so anxious!!!

Hello! I didn't get a chance to post yesterday, but I did L3 before going to my DD's to scrap book. Then this morning I got up 1/2 hour early so that I could do my "O" before doing the morning shift at work. Did L3, had to do it in the bedroom without the tape, didn't want to wake up DS.

The sun was shining SO nice when I got off work. We haven't seen much of the sun for a couple of weeks. I worked with my Hens & Chicks plants. Two of my pots busted over the winter, so I had to transplant what was in them. I like putting them into old tennis shoes. Family tease me about not leaving their shoes here or I will plant Hen & chicks in them.Big Grin I have old shoes from all the grands with plants in them. DS gave me 2 old pair, plus I have 2 old pair out there & DH has 1 pair. That's 11 pair so far! Eek

Lois...Welcome!!

Susanna...Glad to here you are feeling better. Here's my hand...now grab it and jump back on the wagon!!! O2B...YOU, TOO!!!!
