Happy weekend everyone!!!

Awwww....weekends here are so lonely! Let's have some fun here today!

For the newbies, how about if we introduce ourselves and tell a little about what Oxycise has done for us?

I am 51, happily married for 32 years, mother of 5 children from 9 to 29, grandmother of one, and expecting grandchild #2 next week. Smile We live on a little farmstead in South Dakota, with 4 horses, a donkey, two dogs, and three old hens. (giggle)

I've been doing Oxycise for 4 years, which is nothing short of miraculous! I've never been known to stick with any exercise before! In my first year, I lost 68 pounds and 34 inches total, in the four places that Jill recommends measuring. Since then, I've gained some back, and I'm not very happy with myself about that, but I haven't just thrown my hands up in total despair! I'm still here, and still determined to get back to where I want to be.

When I am consistent with Oxycise, I feel better all over, in every way I can think of. It's easier to keep a handle on what I eat, and my body appreciates all that oxygen!

I didn't O yet today, but I will! I hope to see lots of posts here, and intros, if you don't mind. It's fun to get to know each other a bit!

Hi Susanna! Great idea to introduce ourselves.

I'm 42 and am a medical transcriptionist in Indiana. I have been married for 8 years. No children but we have three rescued dogs (these are my babies). I have been doing O on and off for about a year and have been serious about it since September 9, 2007. Since September 9, 2007 I have lost 21 pounds and 14 inches. While I enjoy other exercising (I never thought I'd enjoy any exercise) such as walking, I've found that O is really what makes the difference in my weight loss. Plus, I have much more energy when I O and my arthritis pain is virtually gone. Probably the greatest "side effect" of O that I have found is the ability to breathe away a migraine. I used to have 3-4 migraines a week and found that I could "O them away". Now the frequency has dropped since I have been O'ing regularly. I haven't had a migraine in almost 2 weeks.

Yes, Susanna...good idea (for ALL of us since I might not remember things from when other "oldies" originally introduced themselves!)

I'm 49, married and have 3 kids, 1 grandkid, 4 furkids, and lots of cows, donkeys and goats. I have been doing Oxycise! steadily since the beginning of 2001. You can read more about my success with Oxycise! on page 17 of the "Smiles of Success".

I love the way it makes me feel and the fact that it's such a versatile way to exercise. It's so easy to do, there's really no excuse for not doing it. We ALL can find 15-20 minutes somewhere in our day. It's become such a routine part of my morning that I feel funny if I don't get it done!

Best of all, though, are the folks I've met on the Message Board. The friendship, support and encouragement here are what have kept me posting and staying accountable all these years! Thanks, y'all!

Okay, well, I am 32 years old. I have been married for 10 years and we have one, 8 year old son with an occaisional fish or snail either in the pockets or in an aquarium. Sometimes I work part-time but usually I am home schooling my son. We spend time doing our son's physical therapy and doctor runs, although they have slowed considerably (born with orthopedic issues that we are working through). We like to go camping, visiting interesting places, historical field trips and would love to live near family again.

I had really good results the first 2-3 weeks (10-15 pounds, many inches) with O! but then everything came back on but I never stopped the program. I have yet to have any loss again but I keep trying! Keep hoping that my body will kick into gear after all of the work I have put into it.

I enjoy O! and I do feel much better for having found the program.

Hi Susanna, Kelly and all of you,
So interesting reading about each one of you.
For those who don't know about me,
I am 69 years "young". I have been happily married for 46 years. We have 2 daughters and 2 sons. The youngest just got married in June. Also have 13 grandchildren (2 of them are married) and a greatgrandchild on the way. A year old female ShiTzu is our baby at home.

I have been doing this program for about 4 or 5 years. It's the first time I have stuck with a workout program. It truly makes me feel so much better and more agile.
This week I have worked with levels 2, 3 & 4.
I think level 3 is my favorite.
Well, I always post so late, but to whomever reads this, have a wonderful weekend.
Ruth

P.S. Mswife, thank you so much for that web site. I read the article and saved it to read more on water. I do need to drink more water I guess.

I'm 48 and am happily married with three teenagers. I have been doing O for 4 years and keep losing and then gaining when I fall off the program and get stressed!! My mom has Alzheimers and I have two kids with chronic health issues, so there's lots of stress and busyness to go around. Recently I've combined L2 with a nutritional cleanse and am now understanding how toxic my body is. I've lost 12 lbs in 21 days so far, and am thrilled that I'm sleeping better and have a much more positive outlook on life! I've also lost 4" on my waist and 2" on my bust so far! If you want more information see www.myhealthybalance.isagenix.com. There's an excellent video that's called "Are you toxic?". Getting rid of the toxins and adding more oxygen seems to work amazingly!
Have a great weekend!

Good afternoon all. I had an amazing week and lost 8 pounds! Hope it stays off. I was suprised that the loss was that large this week. I guess my body is enjoying the variety in O DVDs.

I did L3 today. I can tell I'm starting to increase flexibility. We've had thunderstorms most of the day, so DH and I are just spending a lazy day.

Have a good day!

Neat ideal, Susanna!

I'm 47, happily married to a wonderful man for 31 years, have 3 children & 6 Beautiful "GRAND" children. You can see & read all about my family by going to the web-site posted below. Hubby does the site. I have been on & off the "O" wagon for 4 ½ yrs. now. I really had great results when I first started. Have gained back most of what I lost because of my inconsistency. Just this morning I set down & started up my food journal once again, along with a short "my" version of flylady. Hoping this will once again get me going to a healthier me. DH has been after me about my "O". He has noticed there haven't been any stickers on the calendar for awhile.

I will try real hard to get my "O" in tomorrow. Will try to post even if it is just a short, "I DID IT!".

Enjoyed learning about each of you. Thanks for sharing!!

Neat idea for sure....enjoyed reading about your stories. Mine is relatively new, but will add some more now that I feel so comfortable here.
I am 47 years old, just had my birthday in October. I have a 23 year old daughter and am divored from her Dad. 6 years ago, I met a wonderful man while working as a waitress in a diner. We fell in love at first sight. I got 2 step sons, one 40 and one 37, a step daughter-in-law, and two grand children out of the deal. Due to circumstances to long to explain here, we no longer see our granddaughter, but do have a good time with our 14 year old grandson on occasion.
My husband and I live in Sioux Falls and I work as a production support rep at a company here in town. We are getting ready to move my 23 year old daughter into her own place next weekend.
I have been O!ing steady since April when our work started a fitness program and because I have bad knees I wanted a low impact workout for it. O! is the answer for that for sure. Know L1 and L2 by heart and can do them without the video help. Am working on L3 now.
Wow what a book Big Grin

Talk to you all tomorrow
Becky

Hi everyone,

I'm 58 years old. Happily married to my second husband John for the last 12 years. We live in Southeast Colorado. I work for Baca County as the County Clerk and Recorder which is an elected position. I've been the County Clerk for 28 years and have worked for the County for 36 years total. My husband does a website for me, which is below my name, and he does computer graphics and websites. I have a daughter and son by my first husband and two grandsons, one from each of my children. My husband has a son and daughter also from his first marriage, I've met his son and family, but not his daughter and husband. I've seen his granddaughter once and she is 9 years old.

I've been O'ing since November of 2004. I enjoy the way it makes me feel and I have lost 15 lbs and many inches with the program. I have trouble getting enough water down, but am working on that. If I would watch what I eat better I would lose more I'm sure, so that needs work also.

I haven't posted for a week because we have been really busy at work with our General Election, and am trying to catch up on rest.

Nice to read about everyone. Hope everyone has had a wonderful weekend. We get tomorrow off for Veteran's Day so the three day weekend is nice for us.

KOB and smiling.

Well I will post who I am even if you guys are all going to scream at me for not O'ing this past week at all due to business being so busy. I know that OxyCop is watching me! LOL! but we all still love her immensely. (oh BTW I have yelled at Tammy G. for not posting either)! Well not yelled, maybe nudged!

I am 50 y/o (soon to be 51 this week) Oh my! Where does time go?? I own a Medical Transcription Service and work at home and have ten ladies all over the United States working for me via the internet! I am single, currently dating an engineer who is home now but has spent the last 1-1/2 years in Iraq building safety buildings for the troops to keep them safe. He soon may be leaving to do a job in Serbia (sigh ! big sigh!!!). I wish a job in Pittsburgh would come up for him. Well, this job is in Pittsburgh but it requires him working on a steel mill to get it up and running in Serbia. Oh well. I have never been married before but I have three wonderful four legged children (Two welsh corgis (one tri-color, one blond) Punky and Tyler and a lovely long haired kitty named Bandit. I love to spend the weekends hiking in the woods at the park with my kids and my friend and her two corgi kids! I stumbled onto O when I was trying to find something else b/c I did not like Bodyflex I was doing. I am so glad I did. I am on and off the program a lot and I know I need to have better consistency but it is hard with the business and all. I feel better than ever now though since being cured of my battle with yeast and I have lost 15 pounds and not sure about the inches b/c I have not measured in over a year and I know I keep saying I will but I have still never found the time. I just know it helps me to really control my fat level in my body and I have never felt better even though my weight is still 10-15 pounds more than I would like it to be I feel awesome and am quite happy and content with the O program. Oh BTW I love level 3 too.

Oh BTW Shari, you just amaze me. Man maybe that is what you need to juggle up the O routines. 8 pounds is just totally awesome. Lord if you did a cleanse you would probably melt away! LOL. Keep up the good work. You are doing so well. Do you have a mini goal to get to my Christmas?

I like this idea!

My name is Susie. I have been married for 30 yrs.I live in the north San Diego County area. I love it here. We've taked about moving to other places because of the crowds but I love the weather here. That's why people come to visit and then stay! I have a 28 yr.old son who is married and lives in Washington State. Two daughters who still live at home (23 & 25) The 25 yr. old is looking to move soon. It's so expensive here in So.Ca. hope she will manage. I enjoy reading and trying new things. I am taking golf lessons at present and love it.
I've been doing "O" off and on since 2002. At the beginning when I was serious about getting this weight off I lost 30 lbs. Unfortunatly I have not been consistant and gainned back about 15. Laziness has taken over these days, sad to say.
Fun reading up on everyone~

Until next time...
Susie

Hi again:
I havn't "O'd" yet today, but am going to do level 4.
My husband and I walked 3 miles today. Tokk 3 dogs with us. Am "dogsitting" for my sister and a friend while they go to Ill. for a funeral.
BTW....have any of you lost weight just by Oxycising? I have lost I lost 7 lbs back in April and then was on a plateu, so I joined W.W> in July. Have lost 13 lbs more but am at a plateu again. So....am wondering if I am REAL faithful with the Oxycise will that get me over this hump? Oxycise alone doesn't seem to do it for me.
Good night all
Ruth
