Hi everyone! I got in O yesterday & plan on doing it right away after I get off the computer.
I was down a half in in the ribcage & a quarter in in the hips. Every little bit counts. I'm not complaining...

The kids club wnent so well. The pics didn't turn out so great tho. We filmed alot yet it was too dark & didn't take as many pics. I overheard a couple moms say how glad they were that i was teaching the Christmas story because they didn't feel capable of a "religious" Christmas. Two little girls were so glad they came. I was too!

TGIF! Just finished my O! and now I have tons I need to get done.

Glad the party went well, Shelby. Hopefully a couple of the photos will be good enough to post on your site. Congrats on your losses!

Our older DD graduated with her RN last night. Finally! (she's had a lot of ups, downs and decision changes along the way)

Hope everyone has a productive weekend!

Maree, I'm so glad you DH is doing better. Hope you keep walking and O!ing - it WILL pay off!

Shelby, congrats on a successful part AND losing!

Kelly, I'm sure you are very proud of your DD - she should be proud of herself too! Congrats!

Good morning Smile

Just finished O'ing and finished my Christmas cards!!!

Shelby congratulations on your continued losses. You and Kelly are such inspirations. I'mn so glad that the neighborhood party went well. I'm sure that the one at church will be great too. Would love to see some of the pictures. I'm glad that the Moms realize how important that their children learn what Christmas is truly all about.

Kelly tell your daughter congratulations on becoming an RN. That is such a challenging field. I know that is a very much needed skill in hospitals and Dr.'s offices across the US. Know you are proud of her.

Maree, thanks for posting and letting us know how your husband is doing. You are both in our thoughts and prayers.

2B OK, I know KOB is keep on breathing. What is DYW? Roll Eyes Down youse weight? Do your weigh-in or drink your water?? Know it's not don't loose hope Big Grin I'm having fun of thinking up answers. Razz

Everyone have a great day.

Sharon

Good afternoon everyone. Thanks for the welcome and encouragment. I didn't O! yesterday but I just finished L3EDI for today. Sharon, you're right, that's Easy Does It. I started out with the EDI workouts and whenever I've been away from O! for awhile or feel I need to take it a bit easier, I always go back to them. They were a good investment for me.

Congrats to all the losers. It's good to begin catching up with everyone again.

Happy Breathing,

Hi again,
Sharon, DYW is drink your water. I believe Kelly started that one.

Our work Christmas luncheon was today. Normally we all go out and then home after lunch. This year it was catererd in the office and no leaving early. That is not a complaint but, to those of us who work here, it is another example of how things have changed since the latest reorg of 1/1/05. Lunch was good - and so was I!! Plus, I had water, not pop!

Bye, again. 2B

Hi everyone,

I did L1 this morning. Weighed in at WW. Gained two pounds! I don't know how, because I have not been bad and I don't have TOM, but I am going to try to not obsess about it. What goes up must come down (even if it is slower than I want it to be!)

Shelby, Good for you on the losses. I am glad your kids club went well. God Bless you for teaching the Christmas story.

Kelly, I know you are proud of your daughter. A friend of mine went to school to be an RN. I couldn't believe the amount of studying he had to do and all the medications he had to memorize.

2B, Congrats on being good today at your luncheon!

Well, I am off to address Christmas cards.

KOB!!!

Greetings!!!

Burr!!! It's cold out side. In the good old summer time. How I long for it. We are to get snow again Saturday night into Sunday.
Well, I've O!d this morning and went to the track and walked 1 1/2 mile. My son goes with me or I go with him and he runs 3-4 miles while I do my thing. We both work out the same length of time. Who gets the most exercise? Oh, to be young again.
Everyone is having a lot of success with wt loss. congratulations! You all inspire me.
KOB Maree
