Good morning! I've done my O! for the day and just finished reading all the posts from yesterday. Sounds like it's cold, cold where most of you are. Please be careful, y'all!

Maree...my heart goes out to you. I've said some prayers for you and your husband.

I hope all of you have a good Thursday.

Yes, Maree I'm praying too!

I got in L1 yesterday & today & am feeling almost like myself.

I have a lot to do. 12/14 we have our Christmas party for the church & neighborhood kids. Then the 18th we have a church dinner __guess who has to organise it? then on the 25, some ladies "invited" themselves over to cook an African meal at the pastor's house (that's us...)So I feel overwhelmed right now. Things are slowly comeing together.

I walked ALOT today because I needed to find me a new pair of shoes. They're black & slightly platforme. I never would've dared to wear these a couple years ago & 30 lbs heavier!! I think they look real"young". So I asked my girls. One said they were fine & the other thought they were too young looking for a mom!! lol!

Good morning Smile

Shelby Congratulations on the new shoes. I think it is great that you were able to get "young platform" shoes. It sounds like you have a lot going on this month. Was so glad that you are feeling almost like yourself again. I hope your husband is feeling better now, too.

Joey I think shoveling snow is DEFINITELY exercising!!! Glad you had to take less breaks than last year.

Maree - you and your husband are in my prayers. I would be a basketcase, too. Hopefully, he will be able to come home and take the oral antibiotics. No matter what, I'm glad he is getting the care that he needs and you take care, too.

Susanna I'm glad your hip is doing better.

Vicki believe it or not, yesterday I wrote to you. But when I went to post it I hadn't signed in Mad, since I was late to a meeting I didn't take time to rewrite the post. I thought I would do it in the afternoon. Oh well Frown I know it can be discouraging to think that you are back to where you were a couple of weeks ago. But think at how far you have come!! Big Grin O'ing even once a day is doing great. You have been doing really well. You have been sticking to it!! Big Grin It's time to pat yourself on the back.

I stayed basically the same measurements this week. But since October 12 I have now lost over 12 inches!! I'm glad I decided to see what I have done on a cumulative basis, instead of just this week.

Looks like I've written a book. Everyone have a blessed day and KOB.

Good morning Kelly, Shelby, Sharon & all to follow:

Did L2 this morning. It got really cold here in Colorado last night, around zero. But it is 22 degrees now so we are having a heat wave. ha ha

Shelby, glad you are feeling better and hopefully your husband also. You are a busy woman looks like.

Sharon, congrats on losing 12 inches since October. That's great, keep up the good work.

Will probably do L1 this evening with my Mom.

Better get busy, you all have a wonderful, blessed day.

KOB and smiling.

Hi -
O! is done.

Sharon, 12 inches! Good for you!

Maree, I am so sorry for all that you and you dh are going through. I'll be praying for you both.

Shelby, glad you're feeling better so you can get ready for all your activities.

Heard on the radio this a.m. how much colder it is this year than last in so many places. we're 20 degrees colder this year than last - ugh! I'm sitting here with 3 sweaters layered on - as I did yesterday - like I'm not bulky enough to start with!!! Oh well, this too shall pass.

Good Evening Everyone!

Hi ladies. Hope all is well with everyone. I haven't read the previous posts yet but will catch up on all of you probably tomorrow sometime.

Since I got back from my Arizona trip I haven't exercised at all. Frown In fact, I haven't even been on the computer. Been really busy out and about trying to get my CHRISTmas shopping all done. I gave myself 2 weeks to do this so that I can relax a couple weeks before. Got in just about 1 hour ago. Pooped! All I have to do now is get small items for the stockings. I can get that stuff at Sav-On. It's usually hygine stuff plus a new ortiment (SP?)for each of the kids. They know the drill!

Well, I asked my husband to take me out to dinner because I'm to pooped to cook. After a big sigh he agreed! These men, I tell you!!

Take Care
Until next time...
Susie

SmileHello everyone. You know, after a long summer of hurricane threats, I'm finally enjoying our weather and I have to admit, I feel a little guilty because although it's raining here it's not COLD. I'm seeing on the cable stations all the cold, freezing weather my O! buddies are enduring right now, and I really do feel for you. What happened to global warming?

Maree, I hope and pray your hubby is recovering nicely and that you will let us know how he is doing.

I just finished baking chocolate chip cookies and I only ate one just to make sure they are all right to take to work tomorrow. I also had to make my zucchini brownies. Our office party is tomorrow and that's always fun.

I'm getting a late start on my O! I'm off to do L2.

Take care and stay warm.
