Good morning! I haven't done my O! yet, but will shortly. I was VERY good with my eating yesterday and got all my water in, too! I hope I can do the same today and tomorrow. Things will get a little more hectic after that, but at least I'm getting a grip on things here.

Hope to see lots of posters today. We seem to have quite a few folks that are AWOL. I know I saw Lin on here yesterday and Ellen has been peeking, too! We haven't see Susie in ages! ...or Polly! There are lots of others we miss as well. Come post!

Ok, L1 done for last night and did 10 min on the treadmill. Feeling good again, so will keep it up. Water is good, food not so good.
My favorite show is 'the biggest loser'
I did attend my first weight watchers meeting, was good, had fun.

Kelly great job on your food and water. I've fallen off the water wagon a bit and need to pick back up. I'm still getting about eight glasses, but that that's only about half of what my doctor told me to drink for my weight.

Tammy, good job on doing L3. Your CD was beautiful. I loved the tribute to your grandma on the cover. I'm ready to preorder your next CD.

Becky good job on L1 and treadmill and your water. Glad you enjoyed the Weight Watchers meetings. I thought about joining (I'm just doing WW at home), but since my job is shaky right now I don't want to put out the extra money.

Please keep me in your prayers regarding my job. After working us overtime for months they are testing a Dragon transcription machine and told us to "update our resumes but nothing would probably happen soon". Not quite sure how to take that so I'm trying not to worry too much.

I did get 2 sessions of O! in yesterday and water was better. So far today, 1 session and water is very good.

A part-time job has "found" me so I'm working on getting some kind of rhythm going here!

Yea Shari, I hear ya. I predict by 2012 all us MTs may not have jobs or businesses any more with all the EMR coming into effect etc. I am already trying to get ready to start a new business if I can to have a second income to take over if need be.

I can't imagine they would get that Dragon machine working real good that quickly. Took me 6 months working with my VR with Dragon myself to get it to the point to use it effectively. Will say some prayers for you.

Please pray for me ladies. I just can't seem to get back up on the wagon. I keep trying but somehow something takes its place and then it never gets done. Tammy is trying to kick me in the butt real hard but for some reason my butt isn't listening! Hard week. I so want to get back to doing all this but I just can't seem to get there.
