This morning I did 2 O!s -- Level 3, then Level 2! I will bellydance this afternoon. Also planning on doing my 1-mile tape.

Merritt -- so glad your DH's ring was found! That is great!! Love the Valentine's idea, too. So romantic!

Good morning everyone. It's so cold and snowy here. I suppose I should be used to it but, I guess you never really get used to such uncomfortable feelings. The roads were glare ice today but, I managed to get the commuter routine in as well as L3 this morning and some strength training. I just feel great and I don't want to lose any of the momentum.

The detective came by yesterday afternoon and he does, in fact, have Dan's ring. I nearly cried when I saw it. He has to keep it for a while. He is going to talk to the prosecutor to see if they can take a picture of it and then release it to me. He even agreed to only contact me about it so I can surprise him with it on Valentines day. The detective told me that they got the guy on a tip that came in. He is a career criminal that does this stuff as a thrill. He sang like a canary and told the police that the ring was his big take of the night. I guess he was so pleased with it that he slipped in on his finger and flashed it around for a while. Gives you the willies doesn't it? Now I have to figure out how to coat the inside with contact cement so Dan won't be taking it off anymore. I prayed for it's return and as usual, God did not let me down.

Well, it's back to work. For those of you stuck in the deep freeze, try to stay warm today.

Merritt- I'm trying to guess how they caught the thief. Here's my guess-- he got caught stealing from someone else and had the ring in his pocket. Am I close?

Hi everyone. I got L1 in today & thought I was in for a quiet day. Nope! Isaac sprained his hand at school & I had to go get him & take him to the hospital. He has to wear a brace on it for 3 weeks & it's his writing hand! Poor kid!

Laura tell me more about is animated gif collection! I'd love to see if they had any cows or cats. I love them both.

Off to start lentil soup for supper.

Good morning everyone! I did my Oxycise this morning. I just finished eating breakfast and the milk on my cereal sure tasted funny....like it was whole milk! We only buy skim, so I'm wondering if my daughter accidently picked up the wrong kind, or if they put the wrong label on it. (I've had that happen before). I knew it looked "thicker" when I poured it on my cereal, but was hurrying so I didn't bother to look at the label. I'll check it out when I finish up here.

Well...I need to hurry and go run errands. I would much rather laze around and read. The other day when I was hoping to do that?.... well, I never got around to curling up with that book until about 9:00 that night! Yeah, well.... that's life.

Shelby, sorry to hear about Isaac's hand. I was just showing my daughter your kids' pictures last night. She is 16, like your Gabrielle. She enjoyed seeing the pictures.

Merritt--I am so happy for you--that your husband's ring was recovered. I had a friend in a similar situation who never got her's back.

Everyone else is posting such great workouts--with such great consistency! I missed O! yesterday--for the first time this year--because I had to have a CT scan. All came out well--but ever since I had my fall--my whole left side has been bothering me--like--I can't lift over 2 pounds with my left hand--and then Saturday--my left leg started to go numb--(which really surprised me)--but--I am just glad--it isn't in my brain--Everything else--can be fixed a little more easily than that! LOL--

I did just finish L1--I figure--that Oxygen is only going to help--and REALLY--I don't feel badly at all--just by evening--I feel very odd.

Did Level 1, Abs and Upper Body, and Pilates this morning but might do another Pilates or Oxycise tonight. I'm feeling flabbier this week than I did last week even though the scale went down at Weight Watchers weigh-in.

I wanted to report that I did my double L1 with weights. I also printed a January calendar off the internet to put stickers on for oxycising. Since I did a double session- I put 2 on for today.

Those are some interesting symptoms, Julie. I hope you improve soon!

Hi gang!

I'm finally reporting...after lunch this time. I did my O! L1 and thought I'd hit the eliptical trainer. I wacked my shin so hard as I attempted to get on I had to sit for 5 or so minutes. Youch! THEN to top it off, as I got going on it, the bolt fell off and the entire pedal crashed to the floor and my knee almost gave out! Is that a sign??? I gave up and worked out my legs on the Total Gym. My shin still hurts!

I have always wanted to try belly dancing Tammy!! Let me know how you like it.

Merritt, I was hoping the ring was yours! Thank goodness! Since this is a thrill thing for the creep who took it, what is going to happen to him? Surely they can't just let him go!

Keep up the great work everyone! You're all an inspiration to me. I'm going to go look at the Smiles of success and see Margie's pic's as soon as I'm finished here. Until tomorrow...enjoy the rest of your day!!

The detective is quite sure this guy will be going away for a long time. I told him I would help in any way I could. He said he may need me for some testimony since I studied the foot prints so well. I could almost read the fine print! I was pretty intent on following them that morning. At least he doesn't break into occupied homes. I am alone a lot since my husband works 3rd shift quite a bit. Although, we lock the house up like a fortress. I guess one of the other guys that was a victim in the neighborhood has put his house up for sale. I don't care where you live, the potential is always there. We live in a pretty rural community but, they drive quite a ways to take advantage of the trusting people in the sticks.

I fixed a calendar up and put the stars on it for this month, and I was surprised that I've been doing O at least 5 times a week after all. I was up one pound this morning though. Oh well, I know that if I just keep at it I'll make it to my goal...not as quickly as I was hoping, but that's just the way it is.

Sorry to hear of Isaac's sprain, Shelby.

Julie, I would really wonder what was going on. I hope everything straightens out soon.

I'm glad they found your husband's ring, Merritt.

Tamie, I'm sorry that you hurt yourself! I hope it doesn't take long to heal.

Congrats to all those who are merrily losing along! Actually, my dh told me that if I wanted to stop losing now, I can, but I really want to take a few more pounds off. I'm certainly
not "skinny" yet.
