Where is everyone?!? I'm late checking in this morning and was surprised not to see a thread for the day. I got my O! done this morning.

Hope everyone is doing okay. Hang in there!

Hi Kelly, and all to follow!

It's a beautiful sunny day here. There are some guys here digging up a broken water line. My little boy just came in and asked for cookies to share with them. It tickled me! I was glad I had some to share!

I did my O last night, because Sat. night didn't go as planned, and I had to skip. As long as I only skip one night, I don't feel bad about it though.

Hope everyone's having a good day. I am! Big Grin

Good morning everyone.

It's sunny here this morning, YAA!! Just finished with O. I was rereading the book this weekend and realized that I hadn't been tightening my glutes with every breath. Just sometimes. Maybe that's why I've had trouble loosing around my hips Big Grin Wow, it's been two months now of doing O. So glad I found out about Oxycise Smile

Everyone you are an inspiration. Kelly I am always amazed that you are still loosing.

Shelby glad to see you back. Take care and amidst all of your preparations take time for yourself.

Susanna I think it's fine to skip one day. Glad you don't feel bad about it. I liked the story about your son wanting to share cookies with the workmen. I'm sure he is enjoying watching what they do. Do you still have water?? I hope so.

Have a great day and will peek in later.

Sharon

Susanna how sweet is that! Isn't it wonderful when our children have a desire to do something so thoughtful? I just cherish those moments. Smile

When hubby is finished lifting weights, I will get in the room to do my "O" and a few weights.

So glad to hear the sun is out in some of your areas. I'm sure it's beautiful with the snow.

Have a good one you guys!

Until next time...

Hi All -
O! is done. I didn't get as many extra breaths in over the WE as I thought I might. It was one of those trips where DH & I gabbed most of the trip. Sometimed when we drive, it seems we don't say 10 words to each other - not that we're mad - just nothing to say!

Susanna, glad you have some warmer weather & sunshine. It's hard to bake cookies for your son to share if you need to be wrapped in a blanket to keep warm!! Wink

Heard this a.m. that this has been the coldest Decmeber in history for this area. I'm hoping winter hit early and the remainder will be mild.

Kelly, congrats on your continued success with O! I think its great how well you are doing as well as very inspiring. I envy your O! success but wouldn't trade places with you when you sitting in your deer blind - brrr!

Maree, hope all is continuing to go better for you and your dh.

Shelby, hang in there - don't let yourself get run down & get sick again.

Must run for now -

Hi Everyone!

I've done O for many years but have fallen off the O wagon for a while now. Frown I know I feel better when I do O on a daily bases so I'm going to attempt to do O everyday and log on here for acountability. I did the commuter tape this morning and plan on doing L1 or L2 tonight. I also was wondering if any of you have sinus problems and if O bothers you? I get frequent headaches from sinus/allergies and I was wondering if this might provoke it? Thanks everyone for the awesome motivation Smile

Hi everyone,

Did L4 this morning. It's been a long time since I did that one! I am still a little sore from B & T the other day.

Boy, this weekend flew by. I can't believe it is monday already. This week I have a lot of baking to do, and I am making Kahlua this year. I haven't made it for a while, but my sister asked me to this year.

Ras - welcome to the D2L board. It's good to have you here. It really helps to keep me on track when I post here almost every day. Besides, the group is really friendly and supportive. Hang in there with us. Smile

Got to run & get the kitchen cleaned up from dinner. Hope everyone has a great week.

KOB!! Big Grin

Hi Rose,

Glad to have you back! Please post with us often! Big Grin
I can't answer your question about the sinus/allergy problem because I don't have that problem, but I'm sure someone on board will be able to help.
In the past what kind of results did you have with oxycise?
Well, just wanted to say welcome aboard Rose! Wink

Until next time...

Good evening ladies,

Did L2 this morning before work and L1 this evening after work with Mom.

Mom and I are going to Garden City, KS on Wednesday and Thursday this week to have my Mom's eye worked on, she is getting the other cateract (sp) taken off. I'm looking forward to a couple of days off from work.

It was nice here in Colorado today, in the 50's. Springfield is in the southeast east corner of Colorado. We are about 30 miles from the Oklahoma state line and 30 miles from the Kansas State line.

Have a great evening. I'm tired from a very busy day at work. Two employees gone, so myself and one other employees were very busy with customers at the county clerk's office today.

KOB and smiling.

Just felt the need to pop in and say hi to everyone, even though I"m still not back on the O wagon. Glad to see so many familiar faces still here and so many new ones too! Congrats Kelly, on your continued losses. Pretty neat to see your picture in the smiles gallery. Smile Thanks to Susanna for keeping in touch with me, and helping me to feel connected even after all this time.

Praying you all have a blessed Christmas and safe and healthy holidays.

Happy breathing,
