Good morning everyone. It's a beautiful winter wonderland here in Indiana.

GMS, good for you for not talking yourself out of O!

Helene, thank you for your kind words. You are a blessing to this site as well.

Kelly, good job on the O.

Sharon, good job on the O and the new stickers.

Sheila, good job on the O.

Lin, I'm so happy for Lenny and you as well. Good to hear that life starts at 50. I'm 42 now and looking forward to being in much better shape when I'm 50 than I was at any other point in my life.

L2 for me today. I'll try to get a second workout in today.

Have a blessed day.

Shari

SmileHi Shari, and all to follow

Lin, I am so happy to hear the good news about Lenny. Does anybody doubt there is power in prayer?

Kelly, I received an ad, via email, for Oxycise and you were in it. Did you see it?

Sharon the stickers work. They are a great incentive.

Oh, I did L1, L2 and L3 this morning. I have lots of energy now. I don't know why I did it, I just did Big Grin Big Grin Well, maybe it's because we are going out to dinner with friends and I'm afraid I might over indulge! Razz

Susanna, I hope you are feeling better.

Hello,

I just finished L2...oh my goodness, Jeans, you did three!..I loved that you said you didn't know why but you did Smile I could just see you floating on the ceiling with an abundance of energy..what a way to start Saturday. I need to try that sometime...sometime Smile

Shari..42...what a great age. I have a 72 year old friend that runs circles around me and is so full of life..so at 48 I feel like a teenager around her. It surely has to do with attitude and health, doesn't it? It is so fun to have several in the same age bracket! We all sound like spring chickens!!!..well we are..are we not? Smile

Have a great day everyone!

No O yet for me today- I had to get up and shower and get to the store for some groceries. The ice part of the store has arrived. I have cleaned everything 3 times and it is coming down as fast as I remove it, so I give up! Lenny is kind of iced in his driveway and so I will remain here today I am sure. I promise I will get at least one O don today. Gosh Jeans what a workout. Maybe you will be tired to eat tonight!!! LOL!!!

What a blessing you all are. Hey Jeans, where is the advertisement with Kelly in it. Can we all see it. That is awesome!!!!!!! She surely is a true inspiration for Oxy and we are all so privileged to have her here and know her so well.

Shari enjoy your winter wonderland. I am just hoping the roads are not too bad today. I need to go pick up work this afternoon two towns over.

Remember ladies life is what you make it at any age. So no stalling just get in as good a shape as you can and each year will get better and better. As long as we have oxy and the good lord above with prayer to guide us and all these wonderful inspirational friends how bad could it be?

My life between 40-45 was pretty rocky because i was having a lot of health issues with menopause and all and then the yeast thing came along after that. Now I feel like I did when I was in my 30s and I am almost starting to look like it too between Oxy and Isagenix. Awesome. I am feeling wonderful.

Enjoy the day ladies, seize the moment!

Life is too precious.

Hey! Got my O! done this morning, but not with the gusto I should have used. At least I did it. Food and water were both good yesterday.

I blush when y'all compliment me.... believe me, I still struggle to keep it off (and have actually gained back about 10 pounds). I can live with where I am , but I'd sure like to be 10 pounds lighter! That's one of the reasons I keep coming back here.... to stay accountable. The other is just because I enjoy all my friends here so much!

We got snow yesterday!! That's not a common occurance in south Arkansas. We got 3.5" and it was really pretty! Didn't stick to the roads, so it wasn't damaging or cause problems (unlike when we get ICE which happens more often than snow!). I heard one place in the northern part of the state got 18"! I know some of you get that kind of snow all the time, but it's novel for me.

Hope everyone is having a good weekend. Again... don't forget to "spring forward" tonight if you're going on DST!

KOB & DYW!

Hi everyone,

Level 2 for me today.

Kelly, thanks for the reminder about SPRINGING forward. I remembered earlier in the week and then had forgotten all about it.

Would love to see that e-mail, with Kelly in it.

Wow Jeans way to go!!

GMS when you said you could see Jeans floating on the ceiling, it reminded me of the Mary Poppins movie, where everyone was laughing and floating up by the ceiling. Dick Van Dyke was singing some song about all of the different kinds of laughter you can hear. Havedn't thought of that in years, now I'll have to go dig it out. Big Grin Big Grin

Have a blessed evening.

Sharon

Hey Sharon...I just watched it not too long ago just because...it was fun..I recommend it Smile So that scene came right to mind.

Here's such a neat quote but I forgot who wrote it: "Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes its the still small voice inside that says I'll try again tomorrow". I just love that! I just wanted to share it.

Good night Smile

Jeans, way to go! L1, L2, and L3! Great job. Big Grin

GMS, thanks for the reminder about good attitudes and enjoying good health. We ARE still spring chickens. I loved the quote about courage.

Lin, I hope the weather has improved in your area. It was still snowing slightly here when I went to church tonight (I go to the Saturday night services at my church (we have services on Saturday night and two services on Sunday) so I can take my dad to his church on Sundays--he lives about an hour away). I think the weather is supposed to be better tomorrow.

Kelly, good job with the O and thanks again for the reminder to "spring forward".

Sharon, good job on the O!

I'll have to see if my dad still has a copy of Mary Poppins and watch it with him tomorrow. All this talk about floating on the ceiling.... It sure was a fun movie.

I did get in both L1 and L2 this evening. I'm going to set a goal for this week of doing O twice three days this week. Hopefully I can stick to the goal.

Have a great evening everyone.

Shari

Hi everybody, and Happy Sunday!!! Big Grin

I have certainly missed you all the past couple of weeks, and Lin tells me you've missed me too Wink, so I'm more than happy to be back again.

Thanks so much for your kind words and well wishes on the death of my hubby's grandmother. She was 88 and struggled with dementia in the end; she lived a good life and it was definitely her time to go. The unexpected trip to Tennessee turned into sort of a mini vacation, but I developed a nasty cold and sore throat on the day of the funeral. Roll Eyes I actually missed 4 days of work last week! I am feeling much better now, and I was just telling Lin that TODAY is the first day I'll be able to get back to O! without coughing my head off. Smile

Have a great day, all -- I'll get my Level 3 in today for sure, and I'll be back tomorrow!

Tammy, it's so good to "see" you again. I'm glad you are feeling better. Sorry again about the death of your husband's grandmother.

L2 for me today. I haven't been so good with water lately--based on my weight I should be drinking 16 glasses per day and I've only been getting about 7-8, so I'll work harder on that this week.

Have a blessed Sunday.

Shari
